Staff very nice, price is good loved that included breakfast. Location was great also. Hotel does need an upgrade. Rooms smell moldy or humid, floors felt oily and sticky in the room. Room walls need caring plaster just peels off by windows. Bathrooms are a little moldy. Breakfast was great but floors are dirty sticky and super slippery.

Room was "Mid- Grade. Clean, no bugs of any kind. Clean, fresh bed linen. One of the best showers Ive ever had! Restaurant was ok. Limited menu. Not going to win any awards, but was priced right. Not bad. Busy street outside. Even 5 floors up it got loud. No big deal. We would consider staying again.

Off the beaten trail...

Amazing hotel, nice location. Located in quiet part of town without heavy pedestrian or vehicular traffic. Rooms were clean with working wi-fi and air conditioning. Friendly staff. Next time I'm in Panama will definitely book this hotel.

Nice hotel with the price we paid. Staff were very helpful, room size and bathroom size were decent. Area was convenient to walkable to the ocean area , park and restaurant but not felt safe after dark. Breakfast was great, lot of options , they prepare omlate in front of you, price was very decent (prefer to pay at the time of booking hotel) Overall good and recommend this hotel

Nice and clean hotel. The room is spacious. The staff is very polite and helpful. Food is good too plus there is 24hours room service. The maid came to clean the room every morning. Beds are comfy and A/C is not noisy at all. Just a block from the train station and near a bus stop so it's easy to get around town. I definitely would stay again.

Made booking on 8th May, confirmed booking on the 3rd June. On arrival hotel was booked out. Reservation was still valid. Never saw beyond the reception area. We were not even afforded a complementary breakfast. We were then transferred to the Grand International hotel. Receptionist, very accommodating, rooms and house keeping better than average, b/fast ok. Quote a few restaurants around the hotel, metro is 8-10min walk away. Wifi good throughout the hotel. Never booking with Ojos del Rio ever again...

I loved that the hotel was conveniently located everything was within a 15-minute drive. The staff were friendly, and there was always someone available at the front desk 24/7. I ordered food during my stay, and it was delicious especially the passion fruit juice, which was amazing. They offer daily specials and even text you the menu, which was a nice touch. However, my room was a bit outdated. Some of the furniture was broken, and a gecko actually got in through the AC vent, which was a surprise. Also, the all-you-can-eat breakfast was just okay nothing special.

The staff was alwsys helpful,accomodsting,and pleasant. The building is clean .There is a resturant on site. I would have loved a bench in the shower and coffee in the room. There is always something else we want. I would definetly stay here again. Stop by and see for yourself !

Property is OK, but breakfast is not the best in town. Not too many options. Rooms are big but the general facilities need some renovation or improvement. Great location. I recommend it for short stays and if you are not going to be to much time inside the hotel.
