Sunrise Beach Resort condominium, a luxury beach front resort. Features incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico and is located in the most desirable west end.

This unit is has 2 bedrooms with large master with ocean view. Condo includes beach chair service. White sand beaches enjoy the many resort amenities or just relax in your luxury condo - Sunrise Beach has everything you need for a perfect beach vacation.

Our spectacular professionally decorated unit #2005 features breakfast bar, granite counter tops, top of the line appliances, fully furnished kitchen, spacious balcony, gulf-front Living area and Master bedroom.
Master bedroom has a king size bed with Smart TV and Blueray player. Master bathroom with soaker tub and separate glass shower.
The bunk room with queen size bunk and twin upper bunk can sleep three people and is close to second bathroom. This room also has LCD TV with DVD player.
This unit is directly on the beach!! and You will enjoy FREE BEACH SERVICES ($320 value).
Extremely clean and well maintained.
Parking is in the garage under the building. The parking fee of $40 per vehicle is not included in the price and the guest is responsible for paying the fee for each vehicle. There are two outdoor swimming pools and the bigger one is heated year-round. The children will enjoy the splash mushroom and fountains on the pool deck. If you like to exercise, you will love the fitness room
Panama City Beach has lots of good restaurants and Sunrise Beach is only a mile from the new Pier Park with shopping, movie theaters, restaurants and more.

Great view and location

This is a nicely sized condo right on the beach with excellent views up and down the shoreline. We found it to be well supplied with dishes, cookware, utensils, linens, etc and very well cleaned. The master bed and bath were lovely and comfortable. Conveniently located near many restaurants and shops, including Pier Park. We would definitely stay here again

Great stay and location

We really enjoyed our stay at Sunrise! The location is wonderful, beach service is a huge plus! The condo was great, very clean and plenty of room for a family of four. We loved the big balcony with comfy chairs. We will definitely be staying again!

Great view and location

Location was perfect for us we like walking to restaurants and stores so it was great for that Overall condo and Room get a 4.9 out of 5. Master bed was super comfortable

Beautiful room and view!

My husband had to drag me out of there! The place is so nice and the views are incredible. Comfy bed, well stocked, nice outdoor furniture, beach chair service was the cherry on top. The only thing I did not like was the area at night. At the resort itself, it was no concern but I wouldn’t feel comfortable walking around the strip at night. We were also there during spring break so that may be why. Overall I would most definitely stay here again.

Perfect Family Getaway

This condo was amazing! Everything was clean and comfy! Probably the best stocked condo I’ve ever stayed in! They have everything you need and more! Even spices! The location on the 20th floor gave us a grand view of the gorgeous beach and all of the wildlife! The pool, hot tub, beach access were all so well kept and easy to enjoy! The parking was easy and the fact that beach service was included all week was the cherry on top! We couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing, enjoyable vacation and we will definitely be back!!

The condo and the location were perfect. It was just my husband and myself. Any more people and it would have been a bit small. The second bedroom is tiny and has no closet. But for two it was great.

Girlfriend Getaway

My two friends and I came to Panama City Beach for our first time at the end of March and stayed in this condo for 7days. We were very pleased with everything!!Our host was very accommodating from the start,allowing us to change our reservation days without hesitation.He was very quick to respond to all of my questions also.The condo was very clean and the location was great! We chose not to rent a vehicle which worked fine. We were able to walk to everything we needed from restaurants to groceries.Our only suggestion is maybe adding a few more bath towels. There is a washer/ dryer but who wants to use that on vacation? :)We loved every minute on our balcony and the sunsets were beautiful !!We were very happy with everything and will definitely be back!

We have stayed at the same condominium for a couple of years now in PCB. Decided to change it up this year absolutely loved the condo everything needed was there, location was great as well, check-in was wonderful just go to your condo had already been emailed code and all info! Michigan Spring Break 2025

We had great weather which is a big factor in having a great vacation, but we are also happy to report that this condo provides everything you need! We have been in many condos over the years, and we rate this condo sofa as one of the best. When visiting us from their SRB condo next door even our family commented on the great furniture. The condo even had a Keurig coffee maker (which we wished we had known prior to arriving so we could have taken our favorite k-cups). Overall, a great condo and a great vacation.

Loved our stay!!

We had an amazing time on our vacation and we were so glad we booked this property! The place was very clean and well organized! The view from the balcony was AMAZING! The master bed was very comfortable! Our kiddos loved everything about our stay as well! The pool and hot tub area was very nice as well. We loved that the bigger pool was heated since it was a little chilly when we stayed there. We will definitely be looking into booking here again in the future!
