"The staff was terribly rude, refused to help with any problems we had including the Wi-Fi that didn’t work. They blamed it on my phone and walked away the rooms look much better online than they do in person kind of feels like you’re staying in a jail cell. The coffee pot was missing parts and couldn’t even make coffee. I got a text notification saying that room service was going to be stopping by and they never showed up. Had to sleep on dirty sheets and full trash cans had gnats in it because they never showed up to change our trash bags."

"Water from the air conditioning vents were leaking onto the floor; called the front desk twice, someone came up, and explained to keep the air on a certain temp (he was telling my husband because at this point I was checked out in my head). The room smelled like smoke. A very strong stinky smell. And because water was on the floor in several places, we had to keep shoes on at all times. We could not sit in the chair in the room because water was leaking on it. It made the entire room feel icky (yuck). And we could barely watch the knicks game, the tv quality was poor. We started watching the game at the bar but a flying roach came and ruined the mood. For $599 (one night) it just was not worth it. And $20 parking wasn’t even mentioned when booking (or maybe I missed it). And one elevator was out of service which made coming and going slooooow! So I’m not a happy person and will never stay here again. I’ll stick to what I know,"

"The staff was amazing! Rooms were very clean and the beds were super comfortable. The appearance online was a little misleading to the property currently. There is new management and they are working hard to make it better. Its in a great location and close to everything. The beach is a short walk across the street."
