Balcony that overlooks the pool and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico, provides perfect places to relax. Enjoy some shuffleboard on-site, or have fun in the sun with direct beach access right from your resort. Lounge by the pool and read your favorite novel, or relax and unwind in the hot tub. The Summit Beach Resort is located right by many restaurants and shops. Including the Shoppes at Edgewater, Longboards, and Guadalajara. Go and enjoy many entertainment options right next door like WonderWorks, Ripley's Believe It Or Not!, mini golf, and more! What's nearby: Just down the street, you can pick up those much-needed beach items at Newby's Trading Company. Less than a mile away, check out Emerald Falls Family Recreation Center for miniature golf, an arcade, snack bar, and much more. And less than four miles away is gorgeous St. Andrews State Park, offering picnicking, hiking, playground facilities, wildlife viewing, and great photo opportunities.

Are we Snowbirds?

4 days before a winter event came through my husband said book us a place at The Summit PCB. I did just that. Our condo was newly renovated. The owner has done an excellent job. The weather wasn’t always the best but when the sun came out we enjoyed the balcony, the heated pool and the beautiful beach.

Only problem is you are dealing with 5 different businesses: 1) Vrbo 2) Home Away 3) Fun Quest 4) property owner 5) Summit It was difficult to get questions answered, except for the lady at Fun Quest. She was able to solve my problem, even though the issue was with one of the other managing companies. I would stay again if I could get a lower floor room. The elevator situation at the Summitt is the worst I have ever encountered.

Roaches & places was dirty.

Roaches, the pictures are not correct. My 6 year old nephew could paint the condo. The couch was disappointed it had dirt all over it I had to find a blanket to cover it. Will not be back to Panama City.
