* The property is undergoing a balcony restoration project (Sept 2025 - Jan 2026). Balcony restoration is scheduled for Unit 1503 from 11/29 - 12/10. Dates are subject to change based on weather and progress. Balconies will be closed during this time, furniture may be stored inside, and guests should expect noise and dust. No refunds, discounts, or relocations will be provided.

This condo has comfortable furnishings and incredible views off the balcony. The well-equipped, full kitchen comes with everything you'll need to prepare anything from quick snacks to full-course dinners. Enjoy meals together at the large breakfast bar, or outside on your furnished balcony. The living area is all ready for movie nights with a large, cable-equipped flatscreen TV, just add popcorn! And when it's time to head out and play, guests will enjoy access to shared pools and a fitness center, all just steps from the beach.

You'll be just a little short drive from Gulf World where you can catch a dolphin show and get up close and personal with a variety of other wildlife. A Walmart Supercenter is less than a mile away for convenient access during your stay. Pineapple Willy's is a half-mile walk on the beach for casual dining. Right down the street, the family can enjoy Shipwreck Island Water Park which offers fun to all ages. Drive on down to Pier Park which is one of the largest outdoor shopping malls in the Panhandle offering restaurants such as Dave & Busters and Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville, live music, shopping, bars, an amusement park, a movie theater, and more!
