Ideal location and cozy accommodations make our gulf-front vacation home the perfect place to stay for your upcoming visit to Panama City Beach! Our two-story townhouse is located right next to Pier Park, and across from an easily accessible public beach access point, making it convenient for anyone to bask in the sun on the sugar-white sands of Northwest Florida!

You'll love this adorable ‘Totally Beachin’ home located at Summertowne Cottages. This two bedroom, two and a half bathroom beach house is beautifully decorated with funky beach decor to help liven up your spirit during your fabulous getaway to the beach! Our villa features tall ceilings, lots of windows and a spacious living room located on the second floor providing direct access to a spacious terrace and unsurpassed views of the Gulf of Mexico.

Both bedrooms are located downstairs, on the main level, and contain private bathrooms as well as flat screen televisions. The spacious master suite is furnished with a queen size bed and secluded access to the outdoor patio. The guest bedroom also features a queen size bed and plenty of privacy. A sleeper sofa is located upstairs in the living room, providing accommodations for 2 additional guests.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary cookware and utensils needed to prepare meals during your stay. We have also provided a washing machine and dryer in the unit for ultimate convenience. There's even an outdoor shower for your use when you head back from the beach. Summertowne also offers a cool and inviting community pool when you ready for a quick dip.

Right outside the door is a private driveway making it extra convenient to transport luggage, groceries and all the other essentials you brought from home! No need to deal with the hassle of parking garages or elevators like you would in those high-rise condo buildings; just walk right in!

Here, you are in the center of everything needed to keep you entertained during your visit! Our beach townhome is located just a few minutes’ walk from Pier Park and Frank Brown Recreation Center.

Pier Park is an expansive outdoor marketplace covering over 1 million square feet of shopping, dining and nightlife. Shopping includes everything from big brand retailers like Dillard’s, Target and Wal-Mart to unique beach-themed boutiques.

For entertainment the entire family will enjoy, be sure to visit the The Grand Theatre and Dave & Busters where you can eat, drink, play arcade games or watch your favorite sports teams on the numerous oversized TVs!
