Welcome to Grand Panama 1806.
Grand Panama Beach Resort is one of the newest and most luxurious resorts in Panama City Beach. Upon arrival at Grand Panama, you will notice the upscale quality and special touches that this fantastic property has to offer.
Our beachfront unit is on the 18th floor, with a direct view of the Gulf, pool, and white sand,

Pets (dog only) considered up to 25 lbs with the exception of service pets. There is a $225 plus tax additional pet cost per dog and the pet must be registered in advance through the HOA. Grand Panama is the ONLY pet friendly modern condo on the gulf.

Grand Panama HOA additional costs: The resort cost is $55.00 The resort cost includes 1 parking pass and wristbands for everyone in your reservation 13 and older. Wristband replacement is $10.00. Motorcycle parking is $55.00. Trailer Parking is $55.00 (only during bike week). An additional parking pass can be purchased for $35.00 during registration.   • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

We ended up having to move units due to an air-conditioning issue, but once we moved things got on track. The unit was mostly clean, but I did find some trash behind the garbage can in the master bedroom and the countertops in the kitchen seemed gritty. Also, out on the balcony there were cigarette butts. Nothing too huge, but could have been better. The master bed was very uncomfortable and I asked for an egg crate to put on top of the mattress which was provided. That helped, but still was not comfortable. The unit was very attractive and we did enjoy our stay but the furniture could have been more comfortable. The pool was amazing and the staff was excellent.

Our room was clean and we had almost everything we needed there. The view is fantastic and would definitely stay here again! My only complaint is that we found a few fleas crawling on us. Being from Florida, I know that certain bugs are always around (mosquitoes, roaches, and fleas if you have animals staying there). Other than that, it was perfect.

Overall property was clean and in good location. Queen bed in master is misleading. Only a full. Location is not within walking distance of restaurants. Otherwise out of ten, I’ll give the unit a solid seven.

Awesome Gulf Views

This was a Christmas trip for small family reunion. We had two of these units and Warren Beach Rentals were so easy to work with. They were quick to respond to all questions and concerns. They stayed in communication with us throughout the week. The condo was very clean and spacious. The condo has all the amenities you need for a week stay. Definitely will be back and will use Warren Beach Rentals again. Thanks Mitch and his staff!

Such a breath taking view of the ocean was just the getaway we needed. Did not expect the condo to be on the 18th floor which made the view that much better. The condo was clean and well stocked. Plenty of room for a family of 8. Owners supplied beach chairs, boogie boards and beach toys. Along with board games to stay entertained while indoors. Kitchen area had all of you main basics to cook and eat a meal. I would suggest that if you stay here don’t forget your salt and cooking oil like I did. Other than that I didn’t need a thing. Beds were comfortable and condo temperature was perfect. I would though say that my kid who slept on the hallway bunk bed complained that that area was a bit warmer to sleep at at night. Also Owner responds quick and very helpful. Aside from the condo being great we loved the resort. Pools were clean, tiki bar was a plus since the offered food and beverages. Resort is on point with the rules. Keep your parking tag on or you will get a boot put on your vehicle. Happened to us but they took it off for free. Parking in the garage is first come first serve but they offer next door overage parking. Parking tag is 50 for first vehicle and 30 for second. Also if you’re bringing pets keep in mind resort charges 25 per pet for the pet leash tag. Would add that this condo is not near many attractions so you will have to drive. We didn’t mind since we went for the beach and beach only.

Awesome condo for the weekend

My family and our dog visited for an extended weekend and we were very pleased with this condo. Everything was up to par and appeared as the pictures in the listing. Check-in and check-out were super easy. We were sent the door code and a link via text, which was a great resource. This listing was also great because there were beach chairs, toys and umbrellas available for use. We would definitely visit this condo again.

Spring break in PCB was great! We enjoyed this condo, it was clean and comfortable. The view is absolutely gorgeous, pics do not do it justice. The beds are comfy, bathrooms are spacious and clean. But mostly we enjoyed the balcony and hearing the waves.

Family Vacation

The location was perfect. We really enjoyed being able to walk out on the beach and restaurants. We were however disappointed in the clearness of our condo. The floors were not clean. When we came we always take off our shoes there was dog hair all over the place. Yes we did rent a pet friendly place because we thought about bringing our dog but decided not to. But we did not expect to have our socks covered with dog hair either way. Stains were on the main bedroom sheets and comforter. The washer & dryer need to be replaced.

Really nice condo on the 18th floor. After you get checked in and figure out where you are it was great. People at the office were very helpful. Really easy to go to the beach, has a great entrance to the beach to take your dog. Hint ,When you park at tower two go to the fifth floor for parking, then it’s an easy way across to building to tower one . Not far from restaurants, shops, and a Walmart superstore.

Warren Beach Rentals was very easy to work with and communication was exceptional! We knew exactly when, what and where we needed to go and things we needed to do. We always struggle finding a nice condo on the beach because we have a pet that travels with us. They were pet friendly but also very strict about pet policies which I really agree with and like. Pets are never the problem but their owners being irresponsible is. There were 2 pet areas and was very accommodating. The kids enjoyed the view and we had a great set up in the condo! We will be back! The only issue was waiting for elevators because it was a busy week…but that is the case for any condo building and was not as bad as others we have stayed at. So not really a complaint, just know that’s an issue anywhere during peak beach season. Thanks again to Warren for taking care of us!! We had a blast!

So fun!

We had such a great time in Panama City. This condo is the place to stay. So clean, updated and I love the beachy colors inside. The arcade games were a fun bonus as the teenagers and my husband wanted some down time. Great area for teenagers! Our kids found other teens to play volleyball and differ t games on the beach with! Pier Park is fun but soooooooo crowded. Hard to get into restaurants with less than an hour wait. The local eateries around grand Panama were faster. We loved the shrimp basket restaurant. Elevators weren’t an issue for us as some Reviews stated. Parking is no fun, but that might be because we thought we had to park only in the garage under tower 2. Once we figured out you could park outside of it and then also in the additional garage to the side it was so much easier!
