WHAT MAKES PANAMA CITY BEACH SPECIAL
Panama City Beach is best known for its 27-mile stretch of sugar-white sand beaches and clear, emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. There are also boatloads of attractions from pirate ships and animal parks to go-carts and giant slingshots, See oddities at Ripley’s, float away at Shipwreck Island Water Park, or swim with the dolphins at Gulf World. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. During Spring Break , the minimum acceptable ratio is one (1) person 25 years of age for every two (2) persons under 25 years of age.
Effective 2/1/2026, all guests of Boardwalk must register through the emailed link provided and pay for parking. Cost is $55/vehicle with a max of 2 vehicles, plus $6 per wristband. These fees are billed through the resort and not included in your total at the time of booking.
