- Pelican Walk 1009 - GULF Front 1-Bedroom Condo with a Million Dollar View at Pelican Walk! Upon arrival, you will be immediately drawn to the private balcony with breathtaking views of the beach and Gulf. This 10th floor condo features a king bed in the bedroom with an adjoining private bathroom that has a tub & shower combo. There is also a second full bathroom with a shower for guests. The living area has a queen size leather sleeper sofa and a leather twin sleeper chair! Enjoy preparing meals with a Gulf view in the fully equipped kitchen, There is also a washer & dryer in the condo. Truly the BEST feature is the spacious balcony with the stunning views! FREE WIFI and FREE Parking!
At Pelican Walk beachfront condominiums, guests have access to clubhouse and other resort amenities, including 2 swimming pools (west side pool heated seasonally Oct. through April), hot tub, sauna, pool table, racquetball, pickle ball, shuffleboard, tennis, gas & charcoal grill areas, and more.
