Renovation Notice – Long Beach Resort, Panama City Beach, FL

Long Beach Resort will undergo planned exterior renovations from August 18, 2025, through April 2026. Project setup and material deliveries will take place August 4–18, with construction beginning August 18. This work, coordinated by the Homeowners' Association, includes balcony and exterior repairs.
During this period, guests may experience construction noise, limited access to certain areas and pools, and temporary modifications to entryways.
• The Lagoon Pool and lagoon pool hot tub will be open until November 28th.
• The pool and hot tub between Towers 1 and 2 will be closed starting August 28th and will remain closed until November 28th.
• The pool and hot tub between Towers 3 and 4 will be closed starting October 20th and will remain closed until the end of the project.
• Beach access and condo entry will remain open throughout the project. Beach chair service will be available through October 31.
• Balconies will remain open until November 10th, and then will be closed by section thereafter.
Please note that all dates are approximate and subject to change based on construction progress. Rates have been adjusted accordingly to reflect any potential inconvenience during your stay. This notice has been posted as of 7/7/2025, no refunds will be given for any renovation related inconveniences for any reservation booked after this date.


This property is new on Kim's Condos, LLC rental program so there are a lot of good dates available!! This is a two bedroom/two bath end unit in tower 4, 11th floor which offers sweeping views of the gulf. There is a king bed in the master, two queen beds in the guest bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. All tile/hardwood floors throughout. The kitchen is beautifully remodeled with gorgeous granite countertops and brand new black appliances.


This 1370 sq ft condo has the best floor plan on the beach. All the rooms have floor to ceiling views of the gulf . The large living room has a new 42 ' T V and a new queen sleeper sofa and recliner. The dining room table seats 6 + the breakfast bar seats 3. The master bedroom has a king bed, large walk in closet and it has a door that opens onto the huge private balcony . The master bath has a double vanity with a garden tub with shower.. The large guest suite has two queen beds, oversized closet, a door that opens up to the huge private balcony. The guest bath has a double vanity withanother large marble garden tub with shower . Both bedrooms have flat screen TV's. We provide free wifi . The kitchen has all of the standard appliances and with the one-of-a-kind floor plan at Long Beach, you can even look at the gulf while doing the dishes!. There is a large washer & dryer in the unit.

Long Beach has 3 pools , the large lagoon pool has waterfalls & palm tree islands . There are 2 heated (seasonal) Polynesian pools & 3 whirlpool spas . The Hangout Grill by the pool is great for lunch & drinks . There are activities available on the beach ( jet skis, para sailing , etc ) for a fee.

Long Beach Resort is near restaurants, golf, mini golf & many family entertainment choices .
You can enjoy the beautiful sunsets from any room or on our balcony .
