OCEAN VIEW - It`s all about the view and it doesn`t get much better than this! The magnificent emerald water of the Gulf and its sugary beach are experienced from the large balcony and the living area. This spacious condo (1,064 sq ft) has one bedroom, two bathrooms, a bunk area and a sleeper sofa. Located on the 13th floor of Laketown Wharf, #1319 is high enough for an awesome panoramic view!

Laketown Wharf Resort, in Panama City Beach, is in the heart of all the fun. It is located near many attractions, restaurants and water activities, with its very own private beach access located directly across the street. Laketown Wharf Resort holds an impressive reputation as one of the largest resorts in PCB. This property is situated along more than 50,000 feet of lakefront boardwalk and has a seemingly endless list of amenities to choose from.
