Beautiful views! Loved our balcony. Walking distance to different activities. The pots and pans need replaced. Having teenage boys, we used the kitchen supplies and they need updated.

Absolutely Perfect Beachfront Stay
I cannot say enough about how amazing this property is. From the moment we arrived everything was spotless and impeccably organized. The cleanliness was truly top-notch, making it feel like a luxurious retreat. The size of the- spacious yet cozy, with every amenity thoughtfully provided.
And the views? Simply breathtaking! Waking up to the sight and sound of the ocean every morning not to mention the sunsets, was an absolute dream. The location could not have been better- just steps from the beach and close to everything needed. Whether relaxing on the balcony, enjoying a well-appointed space, or exploring the area, this stay exceeding all expectations.
Highly recommend for anyone looking for the perfect beach getaway! I will definitely return as I can't get back soon enough.

Great Location
We had a good stay. Overall would give this condo 3.5 rating!Pros - condo size is perfect for two families (we had plenty of space), Denise was a phenomenal communicator, condo cleanliness was good & location to beach & other shopping/food amenities was great! The balcony is HUGE (our favorite part of condo) & beds are super comfy. Cons - parking if you have 2nd vehicle is first come first serve - after a heated convo with manager, Dustin they did credit us back 84/week for public parking! Day 1 we noticed dishwasher didn’t work (they offered to fix but we declined as we didn’t want people entering with all our stuff in condo).I didn’t notify them of following until our departure but ceiling fan is not working great in one of king suites. Plan meals accordingly as kitchen pans are dated (everything sticks), no pizza cutter, manual can opener was broke & no hot pads for grabbing hot pans (I bought a mitten for future guests) & the grills do NOT work at all! Also be prepared to use stairs A LOT, the elevator is absolutely horrible every day at least one was broke & many days both shut down.
We enjoyed our stay, great location, plenty of room for everyone! The only complaints would be parking, only one working elevator, and the beds could use a little update (they kinda sink you to the middle)! We really enjoyed the balcony, having coffee and breakfast there in the mornings! We will definitely be back!
Communication with property managers was great. Location was great and in walking distance to several restaurants. One elevator wasn’t working several times and then both were down- thankfully his unit was on 5th floor so it was doable.
Clean, nice furniture in and out. Ni e views of the ocean. Parking was less than be desired. Only 1 parking spot for all of us (6 adults, 5 children). The resort feel was not that great with only 1 pool, very small area for grilling and relaxing.
We stayed for a week and were so pleased with the condo. The condo was super clean. The beds were so comfortable. The patio was huge and the view was spectacular. About 10-15 min away by car to pier park. They do only have one working elevator at this property but we never waited long for the elevator. Plus this condo is only 3 flights down to the parking garage. You get only one parking space so our second car parked in the overflow. Great little case across the street. Overall we had a perfect stay.
The entire experience of renting this condo was a very happy one. I only complaint is that the beds need to be replaced. It is the worst saggiest lumpiest bed I have ever slept on in my '73 years. The cleaning could use stepping up around the edges and the shower curtain was moldy but was promptly replaced when I complained. I would go back again if they would assure me that the bed had been changed with a new mattress and box springs.
The condo was just as we expected. Well stocked with kitchen essentials. Nice location close to many attractions. Parking was the only downfall. The parking spot we were assigned had a storage container in front of it. We drive a bigger van and it was impossible to park in the spot with the container where it was. The overflow parking across the street never had available parking spots so we ended up paying to park almost every day we were there. We had to come and go a lot for my daughter’s softball tournament so it did add extra stress to our stay constantly searching for parking.

Dirty
Condo was not clean even after a second cleaning and calling to advise it was not clean. Bathrooms and floors were the worst. One bathroom in particular had a disgustingly dirty moldy shower curtain and mold on the bathroom vent. The smell was so bad at one point my husband got sick. The floors were so dirty our feet were black on the bottoms. We had to wear something on our feet at all times. Someone did come up and check while we were gone and took the towels I had on the floor and threw them on the beds and or in the showers. We have photos is needed for the bathroom.
Someone came in to spray for bugs while we inside the condo with children. This is something that should be done in between guests not while guests are in the condo.
We had to get silverware as there was not enough for 11 people.
Overall I would never recommend this condo.
The condo layout, cleanliness, and space was amazing! Communication with the property manager was fantastic. They were very responsive to questions throughout the stay. Details:We were 2 families with children ages 9-14. Each bedroom has its own private bath. One bathroom also opens to the main room. This same bathroom has the washer/dryer in it-which The pictures don’t show clearly. The property provided plenty of towels for our group of 11. Beds were super comfortable, however one master was falling apart and not braced. We ended up sleeping on the foot of the bed due to this problem. There were plenty of comfortable pillows and bedding.Balcony-wonderful! It was deep and wide! There were plenty of comfortable chairs and wonderful dining for 6. Best feature: was the outdoor bed full of pillows to watch the sunrise or sunset from. favorite feature of the condo!Kitchen: beds for 11, but only enough forks for 7, haha. We had to get plastic silverware to make it work-but that was literally the worst part of this condo. Plenty of skillets and rubbermaids for leftovers!Beach gear: 2 umbrellas, a well used tent, few boogie boards, nets to grab crabs, and chairs!Condo: elevators were on the Fritz almost every day. Luckily being in the 5th floor didn’t make it miserable, but we weren’t able to use them for two of the days we were there. Pictures of the pool area are glamour shots. But it was functional! Only one parking spot at the condo-the other is across the street.
First off we loved our stay. Location was perfect. It’s huge, perfect for 3 couples with kids with their own bathrooms! Management was fantastic with communication throughout the process no matter how stupid any questions were. Beds were comfortable, linens good quality, clean property, well maintained. Now the problematic bits. 3 bedrooms were advertised as king beds on the paradise properties site, something I called and verified with management before arriving. In reality one of the beds was a queen not a king. The sliding doors for the balcony were very hard to open and one door didn’t open at all on one spare room. Also in one of the bedrooms the ceiling fan only had one speed and in Panama heat after a day on the beach low speed was not fun! Elevators were a nightmare they were slow, not working or backed up multiple times a day due to high people traffic. Checkout process with the armbands for the pool was a bit confusing since the armbands are not reusable so found ourselves leaving cut off wristbands to avoid a charge. Parking also sucked one spot for a 4 bedroom condo and the backup options went quick and can be costly.
