This property was not what I expecting. This condo need a major update. And please paint the walls. The beds are horrible. The boys had to sleep on the hide away bed. Because the bunk beds weight limit is 120 lbs . Nothing is stated in the description that you have to be small to sleep in them. I had already paid and couldn’t leave. I was thankful we only had to have snacks inside the condo and no major meals. I would have died, if I had to cook inside there. It’s amazing how you can take pictures of a place when it’s new and still use them 20 years later!!! And OMG the elevator will make you think, your about to meet Jesus.. Never Again!!
I am beyond disappointed at the price I paid for this condo and it’s condition. This is a huge let down! The kitchen floor was nasty, the walls and baseboards needs a major cleaning and painting, bathroom lock and fans do not work. The whole condo stinks. That’s the first thing I noticed upon entering. The bed situation was NOT accurately described at all!! The bunk beds are NOT for adults. They are for children below a certain weight. We are sharing beds and can hardly roll over!! There were only 2 patio chairs instead of 4 in the picture. We had to drag chairs out to eat on the balcony. This is ridiculous. I expect a partial refund. Nobody should pay that much for this condo. Poor quality. I sent two messages and left a phone message also when the dishwasher was backing up in the sink. Sent two messages in the inbox on Saturday and left a phone message on Sunday about the room. By 12:30 pm on Monday I had still not had a return message and had to call myself. The whole experience was horrible and way too expensive for what we got!!
Only stay a few hours and transferred to A nice condo..yuck
This room is only for teenagers or party people. The room is poorly kept. The bathroom socket covers are missing the ceiling needs replacing, the curtains windows and doors are Filthy. The running water was cold. The walls are filthy and the entire room needs repainting. I stayed 1 night and transferred to another at check out the next morning . I would Not recommend.
I understand that the tv’s were undergoing an update but I, as a customer, should not have had to spend 45 minutes of my vacation to figure out how to get the tv going for the boy’s to watch..that was very aggravating!
Almost every lamp is broken, bulbs are burned out, and the latch to the sliding door going to the balcony is broken and won’t even lock. That didn’t settle well with me knowing someone could get inside when we have 2 small children. The hallway bathroom doorknob is broken and won’t lock, giving no sense of privacy!
Some many things were broken and even a stash of food was left behind and we don’t know long that has even been there. So, there seems to be a lack of maintenance and cleaning...why is the cleaning fee SO expensive when clearly areas were missed?
