LIVING ROOM boasts beautiful ocean views with MASSIVE 75' HD TV (perfect for game days or date nights) and a sleeper sofa and access to the balcony overlooking ocean, complete with brand new (2023) patio furniture for ultimate relaxation.

The GUEST SUITE has 2 queen beds, a closet, a 55-inch HDTV, and a full bathroom with beautifully appointed cultured marble tub/shower.

No need to overpack; we have an in-unit WASHER AND DRYER so you can save room in your suitcase for souvenirs.

This building has its own pool and hot tub and adjacent to the building is a beautiful 11,000 square foot lagoon pool complete with food and bar service.

--------IMPORTANT: EDGEWATER REGISTRATION-------Edgewater Beach Resort requires ** Each Reservation to pay a $50 mandatory Resort Fee.**

Registration link will be provided via VRBO message prior to check-in. There, you can pay the one-time $50 Resort Fee, which includes 1 parking pass, entry to the resort and use of basic amenities. This fee is not included in your VRBO reservation.

Fees are only paid one time regardless of the length of stay, # of guests, and even if no vehicle will be accessing/parking on property.

OPTIONAL Registration ADD-ONs:
2nd resort access vehicle pass: $30
3rd resort access vehicle pass: $50
Motorcycles (during non-Bike weeks): $20 each
RVs/trailers/any pull-behind: $40/week during non-Bike weeks and only allowed through the months of Sept though May.

We hate this new cost and hope guests understand this is not a money grab by the resort, but an unfortunate necessity to keep our gates open with how many insurance companies are leaving the panhandle and driving up prices.---------------

The Infamous Polynesian-style Lagoon Pool is 11,500 square feet of pure pleasure. There are four heated hot tubs around the pool and Gulf-side. Each tower has its own private pool and hot tub, there are a total of 11 pools on the property (ten of which are heated seasonally), a children's splash area, four hot tubs, as well as a fitness center and training studio.
