    The Space:

    This 11th-floor corner condo has spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico and Panama City Beach from the private balcony (yes, we mean private!). Guests can relax in the soaking tub after a long day exploring the beach, after showering off in the shared outdoor shower, of course. Our guests may also enjoy shared amenities such as pools and a basketball court.



    Guests who brought clubs will appreciate being just under three miles from the Holiday Golf Club. Check out Pier Park, with a variety of shops and restaurants, less than one mile away! Skywheel Panama City Beach offers great views of the Gulf. Families will love Shipwreck Island Waterpark (just over three miles from the condo) with its lazy river, water slides, and specific toddler area.



    Guests may only use Tower 1 and Tower 2 amenities. There is a $60 parking/amenity fee that is charged for each vehicle up to 2 vehicle limit.

Great place to stay! Great host. Only thing I would say is to update the beds/ mattress. Would for sure stay again! Overall had a great trip and excellent experience.

The property is very clean and nice only problem I had when I first got there I didn't have my access code to my unit but front desk also getting in touch with the property manager was easy great and didn't take long the elevators was ok I stay from Friday to Sunday Saturday night the smoke alarm went off while family was resting and was going for about 5 mins which was annoying. Overall the home was clean nice beach view great access to a lot I most definitely will go back again

The beds are awful! they are like sleeping on springs . The bathroom sink had hair on it and long hair hanging from around the shower know. The sofa had a torn hole that was very noticeable. There were no clean sheets for the pull out sofa. The view was terrific!! The room really need new bed/mattress!! The room could have been more clean. The room need an update!!

This property should not be rented to Seniors It is not friendly for anyone over 701101 tower 1 needed several light bulbs replaced which maintenance took care ofLight in master shower was not working Lighting under microwave was not working There were only 3 dining forks in the kitchen dinnerware drawerKitchen not very well equipped Exercise Room was very small for 22 story resortI would give this condo a 3 star rating
