This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo features a spacious living area and a well-equipped kitchen, complete with a large dining table and breakfast bar seating. Enjoy panoramic Gulf views from the living room, creating the perfect setting to unwind. The master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, while the first guest room has a full bed, and the second guest room features full-over-full bunk beds. The unit accommodates up to 8 guests. Ocean Overlook 302 also includes parking for up to 4 cars, with two spots in a private garage. Snowbird Season runs from November thru February, on a monthly basis. Located in a central part of Panama City Beach, Vista del Mar I is a 4-plex with amazing gulf views, right across the street from the beach! Beach Access #46 is approximately 50ft from this complex and allows for easy trips to the sugar white sand beach. As a small 4-unit complex, Vista del Mar I allows for quite relaxation that may be harder to achieve at a larger complex.

Ocean Overlook 302 is located on the 3rd floor of the 4-plex. For groups that need additional sleeping arrangements, Rest-A-While 201 (2nd floor) and Best Day (2nd floor), and Short Walk to the Beach 301 (3rd Floor), located in the same 4-plex, can also be rented.

* Please note, there are 4 flights of stairs leading to the 3rd floor.

Beach Fun

The location of this property to the beach is awesome! This place was so roomy for our family. The a/c was not working, and RealJoy offered to move us to another location on Saturday. Thankfully our first night was a cool night and we were able to raise the windows. On Saturday, maintenance brought us some portable a/c units that kept the place nice and cool. Not sure why maintenance bring those portable a/c units on Friday and plugged them in so the place would be cool upon arrival. Overall our family stay was good. The kids really enjoyed the beach.

Perfect Location!

Property was clean and well kept. Super convenient location. Do not rely on elevator. It didn’t work properly the whole time we were there and my parents ended up getting stuck in it and having to call 911. The rental company was very responsive and prompt trying to correct the elevator issues but we were counting on the elevator working for my parents and it was very very hard for them to climb 4 flights of stairs to and from the unit.

Beachside Treat

Good location and great layout. The garage was nice to have and there was plenty of beach gear that we didn’t have to bring or buy any. Only frustrating feature were all of the door codes. You had to make sure you had them with you or you were locked out. We did finally memorize all of them two days before we left.

It's a great stay. The only things was that I was unsure of was which unit I was staying in and I couldn't get thru the front door of the lobby because after you enter the code you were suppose to press the ✔️ button on the pad but the code instructions didn't mention that. Once that was done, everything else was great.

Great Time!

My family and I enjoyed the property. The proximity to the beach was awesome. Any question I had for management was answered in a friendly and timely manner. The only complaint (if you want to call it that) was the lack of a sufficient number of face and bath towels (if the place sleeps 10, I would think there woud be at least 1 per person) and toilet tissue. It was not a big problem that a quick trip to Walmart didn't solve. I would definitely rent again.

Nice location and spacious unit

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is great and only about 5 minutes from Pier Park. Beach access is directly across the street, and we loved that it was not extremely overcrowded like it is in areas with the condos. The quad we were in was very spacious and beds were very comfy. Loved the balcony and view!! Only negatives were the 4 flights of stairs you have to take to get to the room, and I feel like the cleaning was a little lacking. There were 2 giant dead cockroaches in the lobby, there was hair on the counter in the master bathroom, and the shower looked pretty dongy. Aside from these minor issues, we would definitely stay again!!

This was our second time we have stayed here but DO NOT use the elevator, it broke down and had to get the fire department to get our kids out, they were in there for 45 minutes!!!!! Other than that we love this place!

Unit was great and it was a quick walk to the beach just across the street.the view was awesome! We had a great time except the for all the cleaning I did before we left the only thing cleaning people had to do Was one load of towels and sheets I did everything else. because of all the rules I was afraid they would charge me more. And when we went to bed at 10 to get up early at 5 am the group of people under us was having a heck of a party making all kinds of noise and slamming doors and woke me at 2am and kept me up till 3:30 and we had a 10 hour drive to get home.

Lovely place super clean

We stayed here for our yearly friends trip, short walk across the road to a beautiful clean beach. The house was super clean and finished well. Beds were perfect great bathrooms. Elevator in the main entry to send up groceries and drinks. Balcony view was great. Huge garage plenty of parking for cars. All around great place. Keypad entry for every door so no keeping up with check in cards

Great Stay & Convenience

Our Family has made several trips to PCB due to my work and stayed in several condos from PCB to Miramar. The convenience of this stay was a refreshing change. No waiting in the elevator line in one of the high rises; no crowded beach, no problem parking. We were able to park in the garage and park a rented golf cart. Although we brought our own stuff, there were plenty of beachy items in the garage in case someone forgets something.
