This 2-bedroom, 2-bath retreat features a king suite, bunk room with full-over-full beds, fully equipped kitchen, and private balcony. Enjoy resort-style amenities like a massive lagoon pool, hot tubs, tiki bar, indoor pool, spa, and direct beach access. Comes with a reserved parking spot on the same floor + in-unit washer/dryer. Walk-able to restaurants and fun—everything you need for the perfect beach getaway! We do not rent to groups of guests under 25 years. Adults under 25 years of age must be accompanied by a parent. amenities are not included (wristbands and parking permits). Guest must register and pay a 1-time $85 fee for registration packet, for this unit.
