    Please note that Pinnacle Port Tower A is undergoing a scheduled exterior restoration project beginning September 14, 2026 and is expected to continue through May 15, 2027. During this time, guests may experience construction-related noise during normal working hours, the presence of contractors and equipment around the building, and temporary restrictions to certain exterior areas.



    The outdoor pool deck is scheduled to be closed from December 15, 2026 through March 15, 2027. The covered pool is expected to remain open and accessible during this period

The actual resort was beautiful and well maintained. They were undergoing some renovations during our stay which impacted our stay. I totally understand that renovations are required but guests should be made aware before 1 day before check in. The noise level was so bad you couldn’t be in the room from 8am-5pm, so you couldn’t sleep in or take a nap while on vacation. Our room (PH18) had no balcony to use due to renovations but the balcony furniture had been placed in the living room portion of the condo, so it wasn’t usable either. Guests should be placed in other towers of the resort where renovations aren’t taking place.
