Fun and inviting, newly furnished pet friendly house in the sought-after Panama City Beach neighborhood of Bid-A-Wee, known for its central location and rare private beach (accessed with a code)! A very short walk to the beach (you can see the beach from the street in front of the house!). Huge lot with 2 houses (NOTE: if you book this listing the back house will be closed off and you will not have access to it; if you'd like access to it, please look for the sister listing - same name, without "Main House."). Close to Pier Park, Frank Brown Park, and many terrific restaurants and family fun activities! One of the best features of this location is the quiet beach - but yet being close to the action, with minimal traffic compared to other locations (the airport is so quick!). Easy walking distance to Runaway Island Restaurant, Senor Frogs, Local Steamer, Moes BBQ, Funland Arcade, Hidden Lagoon Super Track and Golf, and MORE! Parking is provided for 3 cars, and a golf cart if you choose to rent one (we do NOT provide one, California Cycles is the closest rental location).

The main house of this property (this listing) has two bedrooms, with comfy king beds with premium bedding, and a futon in the living room and the game room. One and a half baths in the house, plus an awesome enclosed outdoor shower outside of the laundry room.

Living room with smart TV and limited cable channels, a LG sound bar, and plenty of comfy seating - including a futon. Bar seating for three, with the main table (seating for six) next door in the game room. Kitchen stocked with plenty of pots and pans, appliances (blender, coffee bar, tea kettle, toaster, crockpot), and tableware. Separate laundry room with large capacity washer and dryer. Steamer provided instead of iron/board. Pack and play plus high chair provided.

You'll want to wake up to our coffee bar! Ground coffee provided, along with sugar, stevia, and tea.
Large backyard area outside of the game room with grill (propane included), new Trex deck with fire pit, and room for yard games (more yard games coming!). We provide a gas grill with propane. NOTE: The backyard is currently only partially fenced.

We provide: Beach chairs and beach towels, beach umbrella, cooler, beach cart and cooler beach cart.

Pet friendly for up to two pre-approved dogs and $100 per pet, pet fee.

Excellent access to the Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP) via the new "back" access road (little traffic).

Notes: We can't guarantee internet/cable TV service since that is not within our control. House entrance has a ring camera that records outside audio and video 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please watch your dog in the yard; we are doing some construction and the fence is partially removed. Coffee and other consumable items are provided for up to 4 days - guests for longer stays will need to re-stock these items. Sleeps up to 5. This is a wonderful quiet residential neighborhood with neighbors we know and love, please respect the house and the neighbors! Strict cancellation policy - please consider travel insurance for those unexpected life issues!

Option 1: Damage Waiver ($45) - Have a worry-free stay with coverage for up to $5000 for accidental damage (spills, breaks, mishaps) with no surprise charges. Just relax and enjoy your stay. Coverage up to 10 nights, +$2/day for longer stays, and provided by a third-party insurance company.
Option 2: Security Deposit ($3,000) - Refundable temporary hold that releases after your stay.
To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it's a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
Your guest portal includes advertisements with third-party upgrades that you may want to enhance your stay. These upgrades are optional and include:
Early Check-in, if available: 1 hour $20, 2 hours $35, 3 hours $45, 4 hours $60. Less than 1 hour there is no charge, if available.
Late Check-out, if available: Noon check-out, $50
