It is within walking distance to several popular restaurants including Buster's Beer & Bait, Barracuda Beach Bar & Grill, & Outlaws BBQ and just a short 5-minute drive to both St. Andrew's State Park and pontoon boat rentals.

This ground floor, beachfront, corner condominium unit offers approximately 900 feet of coastal living space, featuring ceramic tile throughout. This unit includes a fully equipped kitchen featuring quartz countertops, spacious living area with pullout sofa, dining area, one bedroom with 2 Queen sized beds, and two full bathrooms.
