As good as it gets! Vacation or Staycation this condo right on the beach will certainly be the perfect spot to center out of. Whether your plans bring you here for baseball tournaments, fishing, romance or just family time on the beach and around the pools you will not be disappointed, and you can bring your dog (with owner permission).
Dunes of Panama Unit B-201 is a 1200 sq/ft fully furnished corner/end unit two bedroom deluxe floor plan that will accommodate up to 8 guests. Enjoy the most magnificent views from the large Gulf front balcony or relax on the beach in the courtesy double lounger with umbrella.
The living area includes a Queen sofa sleeper, love seat and leather recliner with a large flatscreen TV w/cable and an assortment of games for your enjoyment.
The dining area seats 6 at the table and the kitchen bar seats two.
The kitchen is nicely equipped with newer appliances and boasts granite countertops. The oversized Master suite has a full glass wall with sliding door that opens to the balcony on the beach and is furnished with a King size bed, flat screen TV w/cable TV with HBO, a walk in closet, double vanities and a tub/shower.
The second bedroom is furnished with two double beds, wall mounted flatscreen TV, has it's own separate balcony with 2 chairs and a small table and adjoins the second bathroom in the unit.
The condo has hard floors throughout and there is a washer and dryer in the unit.
We do believe our pets are family and welcome your pets with our approval on kind and size. (extra fee per stay)

Loved our stay with a beautiful view of the beach. Also the most comfortable furniture of any place we’ve stayed. The property does need signs posted for pet walk to end confusion. Our host, Karen, was most cooperative to our needs.

Beautiful condominium, location was perfect - all the amenities we needed. Beautiful large balcony in front with view of the ocean, and a surprise small balcony off second bedroom, with ocean view. Quite easy access to pools and beach. Karen is the perfect host, right there if you need her. We had a wonderful time.

Beautiful Condo

We loved everything about this Condo from the comfortable beds and furniture to the large balcony. This property is very quiet, well maintained and the balcony has a beautiful view of the ocean. My mother uses a walker and it couldn’t have been more perfect for her to get around easily. We will definitely stay here again.

The property was immaculately clean, the kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook a meal. The unit is a very comfortable space to relax inside and outside on the patio. We are already planning another trip to this location.

We already knew we love Dunes of Panama. This condo made it even better! Very clean and well appointed. I love being in building B because it’s the quieter yet still convenient side of the Dunes. The owner was very helpful and accommodating. Will definitely book this condo again!

This will forever be our PCB rental when we visit! Right on the beach- balcony over looking ocean and pool! The pups had a great time! Karen and her husband were the best. We had a problem with the recliner and they came over to fix it immediately. Wonderful people. 10/10 thank you again 💙

Absolutely perfect stay! The condo is right on Panama City Beach with very easy access, making it so convenient to enjoy the ocean anytime. Inside, it had everything we could possibly ask for — fully stocked, clean, and comfortable. I only wish the weather had been a little cooler so I could’ve left the doors open at night and fallen asleep to the sound of the waves crashing. Overall, it was an excellent stay, and we’ll most definitely be returning. Highly recommend!
