  • Welcome to Commodore E13, a cozy Gulf-front studio on the quiet East End of Panama City Beach. This prime location is within walking distance of favorite local restaurants and just minutes from marinas, golf courses, St. Andrews State Park, and Schooners beachfront dining.

    The resort sits directly on the Gulf of Mexico and features a seasonally heated pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, basketball court, shuffleboard, cornhole, a grilling pavilion, picnic tables, and a fire pit. With direct beach access, guests are steps from chair and umbrella rentals, jet skis, volleyball, and the sugar-white sand.


    This studio accommodates up to 2 guests and is designed for a relaxing beach escape. The space features a sleeper sofa, Smart TV, and a well-equipped kitchenette with a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, and utensils. The full bathroom includes a spacious shower. Step onto the private balcony to enjoy quiet meals, refreshing Gulf breezes, and stunning ocean views.

Everything was perfect for a short weekend getaway. Everything was as listed/pictured. This is only big enough for a single person or couple. This was a short last minute trip and we did not plan to cook or spend much time in the room. The condo complex was perfect and right on the beach with a pool. This was a family oriented condo. There are a lot of restaurants close by.

The studio was nice and clean. I would not stay there again due to the couch hideaway bed not being very comfortable. We purchased a 2" foam mattress topper that made it a little better. This unit needs a couch like the luxury RV's have with an air up mattress where you can adjust to your own preference. Slept on one of those many times and much better than this couch. A little disappointed there was not a vacuum or even a broom and dust pan in the room where you could clean up sand off the floor you tracked in. The unit floor really needs to be replaced. Alot of the flooring has gaps that will pinch your feet if bare footed. There were also no hangers in the small closet to hang up any clothes. You are primarily working out of your suitcase to get clothes every day. I would also like to see a shade placed over the patio door. Pretty bright in there at 5 am when the sun comes up if you like sleeping in.
