The studio was nice and clean. I would not stay there again due to the couch hideaway bed not being very comfortable. We purchased a 2" foam mattress topper that made it a little better. This unit needs a couch like the luxury RV's have with an air up mattress where you can adjust to your own preference. Slept on one of those many times and much better than this couch. A little disappointed there was not a vacuum or even a broom and dust pan in the room where you could clean up sand off the floor you tracked in. The unit floor really needs to be replaced. Alot of the flooring has gaps that will pinch your feet if bare footed. There were also no hangers in the small closet to hang up any clothes. You are primarily working out of your suitcase to get clothes every day. I would also like to see a shade placed over the patio door. Pretty bright in there at 5 am when the sun comes up if you like sleeping in.
