This charming studio style carriage house is located in the exclusive community of Rosemary Beach. This property has a full kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Hardwood floors throughout. This house sleeps 4 with a comfortable king size bed plus 2 twin beds, a sitting area and a private full bathroom. Step outside to hear the fountain running in the oversized courtyard or take a stroll to the beach. Bike paths wind throughout the community and your stay includes 2 bike rentals (for up to 1 week). This community has 4 stunning pools, several parks and plenty of greenspace. The Sky Pool, which is an enclosed, heated pool is a short walk away. Walk to the downtown area to shop, get a bite to eat or sip a cocktail patio side. This unique community is a perfect place to get away and unwind. This charming community is located between Destin and Panama City, only a short drive to the many activities they offer. Pet friendly (pet fee - additional $50)

The location of the carriage house is perfect, a short stroll to great restaurants and the beach. The apartment is full size and comfortable. The parking pass and beach pass is a big plus. The owner was very accommodating and helped to enjoy a longer stay

Quiet Stay in Rosemary

The home was just as described online. The location was perfect! A short walk to shops and dining and close to pools. The bikes at the home were a nice touch and the private access to the beach is nice. We would definitely stay here again in the future with how reasonably priced it is.

Lovely Carriage House!

This was our first time in Rosemary Beach and we fell in love with the town and friendly community. This adorable carriage house apartment was perfect for my husband and me. The king bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was just big enough and had everything we needed. We loved using the bikes provided to ride around and explore. Everything was just as described. We will be back next year!

We had the best time!!! This is such a cute property and it is was perfect for my husband and I! It was clean, had amazing AC, and was so cute. It is in the PERFECT location! The neighborhood is gorgeous and you are right in the middle of it! We did not have a car-and we never needed one! We were able to walk to all the amazing restaurants near by and we walked to town/the beach daily! The description online is exactly what you get! We would do this vacation over and over again! Great home & location but some technical issues

We booked this stay in December for a quick weekend trip. Location is wonderful and unit is perfect for a couple. However we did notice that no toiletries (shampoo or conditioner) were provided and the first night the heat would not work which made our stay very uncomfortable that night. I texted the property manager at 7 AM and received a very quick response and a technician was scheduled for that day. We really appreciated the quick correction.

Fabulous…. but read the description.

I was slightly worried because of some negative reviews. It turned out to be of no concern. Yes, that carriage house is slightly dated but everything in the description is accurate. The place was clean and having the bikes and fridge in the garage was just fine. The walking path to the beach is less than 10 minutes through stunningly beautiful landscaping and beautiful houses. The beach setup was.incredible and Rosemary itself is the most charming town on the beach and i’ve tried almost everywhere on 30A. For a long weekend getaway for the 2 of us, it was just about perfect. Would choose to stay again anytime. The owner is very attentive.

Everything Was Wonderful

Everything about the Carriage Houe exceeded the property description. It was completely furnished with everything you would need for a short vacation. It was tastefuly decorated, located in an upscale neighborhood. There was a busy highway about a hundred yards to the rear, but no noise from it inside the unit. A lighted, paved pathway 50 feet to the left of the main house leads to a 10 minute walk to the main square of restaurants and shops. The beach s just a few minutes further.. We enjoyed lunch at the Gallion and The Havana Bar and Grll & the best hamburger ever at the Cowgirl Kitchen. Shades is open to 1 AM for late night eating. The owner, Karen Geiger answers her phone immediately and is very responsive to questions or issues. We had a problem with the lock box on checking-in and she sent her son immediately to resolve it. As a bonus, he carried our luggage upstairs. The TV and WiFi worked fine, but more instructions on using the TV would have been helpful. All in all, it was a great stay.
