Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, and be present for the duration of the stay.

Primary guest agrees that a $300 damage hold will be placed on their credit card. No smoking, pets, or parties allowed.

Parking passes are $50 each (limit of 2) and wristbands are $6 each and must be purchased by the guest directly from the resort before arrival.
