Property was probably one of the if not the cleanest I’ve been to. Beds are very comfy and we had all the amenities. There was no grill on the property so that was a set back for meal preps but not a total loss. We just enjoyed seafood the whole time lol. Security at the property was a bit much and not what we was accustomed to. But atleast we was safe lol.

Wonderful stay

Very nice room with a convenient location. Owner was very responsive! My only complaint would be with calypso itself. Staff wasn't very friendly and every single day we were there, the pool closed at the exact same time due to "lightening". They were very rude when making you leave the pool. Other than that, we enjoyed the stay and i would stay in this room again!

Wonderful Condo!

Great location...close to lots of shopping and restaurants. The condo was beautifully decorated and very clean. The view from the balcony was wonderful! A great vacation as had by our family of 6!

Place was not clean.

Code on door was wrong. Took a hour and a half to get code. Hate the parking deck how it is done now. I have stayed there for years. I liked the code better.

Last minute getaway

We literally booked this 2 days before arrival. Everything went smoothly. Very easy to check in considering you just go straight to the room. The unit was just as expected and described. Plenty of beach toys/supplies which was a plus. The location is amazing...walking distance to everything. Would highly recommend!

Nice condo close to Pier Park

Great place with a great location. Beds are comfortable decorations are ok. Outside patio furniture could have been a little nicer. They need to stagger their check-in process as a post to everyone arriving at 3:30. Halls are extremely narrow. Pass that we really enjoyed our stay and The owner was easy to work with.

Nice Place - Great Location on the Strip

This was a very nice place with lots of room. Accommodations were great and the beds were comfortable. 11th floor can be a challenge - Moving in and out, waiting for elevators - where if you are on some lower floors, like we were in the past, you can quickly take the stairs. Check in was a bit cumbersome, as we were early and checked on the room for cleaning, timing of readiness, and to pick up the wrist bands to access the property while we waited, as suggested by the owner. Cleaning stated the room would be ready at 1pm and if we came back it would be available. So we went to get groceries, came back, unloaded and tried to access the room and code would not work. Contacted owner (via VRBO Site as she never provided a contact number) and 15 mins later get a response that the room was not available to check in until 3:30 pm. Long and short - owner made a big deal out of getting in a couple hours early, even though the room was clean and ready. Not the best customer service, but after that is was all smooth.
