This 5th floor condo at Tidewater Beach Resort has an ideal location--just a short walk to Pier Park with its many shops, dining and entertainment options--making for a great beach getaway.

Seasonal beach chair service for 2 (March 1-October 20) included for each day of your stay

Tidewater offers resort style amenities including pristine beach frontage, 3 pools (indoor one heated), movie theater, game arcade, bar, parking, conference room, and a fitness center with whirlpool tub, sauna, and steam room.

The 5th floor location is prime and the view of the gulf is incredible.

The resort charges $39.59 fee for guest wristbands and parking pass. The $39.59 fee covers all members of your party.

Primary renter must be 25 years old or older--this is an HOA rule and we cannot make an exception.

No smoking in condo or on balcony.

There is a queen-size bed and TV in bedroom, a queen-size memory foam sofa bed in the living room, and a twin-size bed in the hallway.

The condo had everything we needed and was clean the bed was comfortable too. Communicating with the owner was really good she gave us all our info and had more information in the condo. The location was good too. The beach was really nice and our view was perfect. Would stay there again

Girls trip

We had the best time as a mother daughter’s trip! The room was just like it was listed, views were beautiful. The owner and all of the condo workers were so nice and helpful at anytime! We will love to come back!

Accommodations were great. Staff at the condo were extremely friendly and helpful. The owners of our unit were great at giving all info needed and checking in. Beach access is perfect. Definitely will use again when we are in Panama City Beach.

Anniversary trip

We had a wonderful trip at Tidewater Beach Resort. The facility, room, and pools were clean. The bed was comfortable in Room #504. Mark and Jackie we helpful and kind making our trip a pleasant experience. The ocean was beautiful and clear.

Wonderfully surprised

After reading the listing, I was not aware that this isn’t just a condo. It is a low key resort, with a restaurant, movie theater, spa, and indoor pool. I did have a minor housekeeping issue upon check-in, but it was resolved within an hour. I will definitely be back.

Perfect location

This unit offers everything you need! Kitchen is stocked. They provide plenty of towels and washcoths. The bed was comfy. And the view was amazing! I would definitely stay again. I would have gave a 5 star but this unit needs a deep clean.You could tell everything was just wiped down, but over all a beautiful condo!

Beautiful 5th Floor Condo with Spectacular Views!

We rented this beautiful condo to stay the week for a baseball tournament. It was perfect for the 4 of us. There is nothing like cooking breakfast (with a fully equipped and stocked kitchen!) while staring at the beautiful waves first thing in the morning. The owner provided everything needed for a comfortable stay. They communicated with us every step of the way, and made our trip so much easier. If you’re looking for the perfect condo for your trip, this is it! We will be back very soon.

Great Vacation

Everything was as described in the listing, which made it perfect for our family of 4.(17 boy)(13girl) everyone had their own place to sleep. And the two bathrooms was a heaven sent.The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook in. The condos location is close to the stairs which made it easy to take when the elevator were busy. Loved the view from the balcony. We didn’t use the guest chairs provided on the beach during our stay. We only went to the beach mostly in the evening after the busy day crowds left. Everyone was very nice at Tidewater. We tried two of the three pools, game room, and Starbucks is very small and doesn’t have a full menu but is still a very nice treat to have on location. Jackie was very help to us the first evening after I locked my phone with the door codes inside the condo. After contacting VRBO I was able to get her phone number. She called me back very quickly and help us fix the problem to which I was very grateful. If we stay in Panama City Beach again we will most definitely rent from her again.

This is an amazing property. We will definitely be back. Listening to the waves every morning while enjoying my coffee on the balcony was so soothing. Great place to just relax, but there's night life if you want that. I could work at the table and still see the ocean!
