We stayed here recently and unfortunately it was not a great experience. The floors were honestly pretty gross, so much so that my 3-year-old asked to put her shoes back on after walking around for a few minutes, which says a lot. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. It got to the point where we ended up sleeping on the couch instead, which isn’t exactly what you want when you’re on vacation. The balcony was probably the best part of the stay. Even with construction going on around other balconies, the view and fresh air were still really nice and the only part we truly enjoyed. Overall, this place has potential, but the cleanliness and comfort need serious improvement before we would consider staying again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Summit resort and our unit was great. The view was amazing and the heated pool was so warm! The place was quiet and clean and fun for adults and the kids. We would go back !

If I were only judging the view it would be 5 stars but unfortunately I had a lot of issues including a heater fire, broken appliances, sketchy outlets, and they left out ALL the construction going on. I still haven’t gotten any reimbursement. Do not recommend
