This renovated, tastefully decorated, clean, contemporary beach-themed unit has beautiful plank tile flooring throughout, granite counter tops, new subway tile, cabinetry, and Shiplap walls installed March, 2020. Peachtree Place I is a Family Friendly complex located on the quiet west end of Panama City Beach, only steps from the white sand beach. This 3rd floor condo boasts a generous front porch facing the gulf, and a back porch that faces a tropical nature preserve. It sleeps 4 with one Queen bed and two twin bunks, as well as a Queen sleeper sofa. The complex includes an outdoor pool, shuffleboard, and basketball court. Very easy beach access directly across the street and parking right outside your unit.

Great condo for vacation !

This property was great for us. It was a very short walk to the beach and the condo was exactly as the pictures show. It is centrally located to grocery stores and a very short drive to pier Park. The condo was very clean and everything worked as it should. All this being said it made for a great vacation.

The condo was exactly as described! Very tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable. As a matter of fact the bedroom had the most comfortable mattress I’ve ever slept on! The owners were fantastic to work with and always answered my questions in a timely fashion. The only problem we had was the television in the living room did not work properly, but that wasn’t a big issue for us. The location was good, just a short walk to the beach., it was easy to come and go during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place

It was overall a great place! We did figure out that the oven doesn’t work very well, but the burners did work fine. We tried to cook cookies in the oven and they took double the normal time bake on 350*F. The internet would not connect to our baby monitor (we use the Nanit), but the unit is small enough that it wasn’t a huge deal. The keypad did stop working but the owner was extremely responsive and we were able to get in within a few minutes! Overall it was a great experience!

The unit was exactly as described in the listing! The unit was extremely clean and very family friendly. The unit was very close to the beach, the pool was great, and we enjoyed walking each morning. The property manager was also great! We really enjoyed our stay and this unit!!

This was exactly what we were looking for! Quick walk to the beach. Built in bunk beds for the kids. Unit was very clean. And Holly was very responsive to all of my messages! I don’t know when we will ever find ourselves back in Panama, but if we do, I hope to stay here again!

Quiet Condo by the beach

This condo was just as described. I loved the keypad entry. No need to carry keys to the pool and beach. This 3rd floor condo was very nice! Very clean. We could see out the front window to the beach. We ate-in most of the time and the kitchen had everything we needed to do so. The beds and pillows were comfortable, although the master bed sinks down on one side when you sit on it. This wasn’t a problem for sleeping. The complex was very quiet. We had the opportunity to meet two other families that are condo owners and they were super friendly and fun to talk to. The parking was close and easy. Don’t make the same mistake we did, make sure you print your parking pass ahead of time. Oops! We had to scramble and get ours printed in town. The pool was never crowded and it was a great size. The beach was super close, and never a problem for our 8 year old to walk, with beach gear in hand. We enjoyed being able to walk to Alvin’s, two driveways down to get souvenirs and swimming items. There are two smaller grocery stores on the main drag, near the condo. Carousel and WinnDixie. Walmart was fine during the earlier daytime hours. There is a great ice cream shop and food places very close-by too. We ate at Mike’s Oyster Bar and loved it!! This was our first time in Panama City and the beach was gorgeous. We saw many creatures because of the clearness of the water. There’s a nature preserve behind the condo that was cool to see! The noise from it was a little loud at night, but I got used to it. My husband said it didn’t bother him. Overall, this place was great. We plan to return to the area again next summer, and we will highly consider this condo!
