There are 10 lighted Plexicushion tennis courts and pickleball courts and a complete pro-shop for equipment rental for tennis and golf. The fitness center features treadmills, upright bikes, recumbent bikes, ellipticals, rowing machines and stairmaster machines.

The resort also offers a hair salon, gift shop, health spa, massage therapy and tram service for the entire complex. Everything you need is nearby or onsite!

Just a short tram ride to the lagoon pool and the beach! The beachfront Lagoon Pool is 11,500 square feet of pure pleasure with four beachfront hot tubs. There are restaurants and a bar located nearby, too.

- Please note we only provide a starter pack of supplies (TP, paper towels, dish pod, laundry pod) despite your length of stay. You are responsible for anything beyond that.

- You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

- This property is NOT pet friendly.

- Beach towels are not provided so please pack your own.

- You will receive a digital welcome guide from us approx. 3 days prior to check-in.

- Parking is a separate $50 for one pass and guests must register online and pay before arrival. There is an option to purchase additional passes for a fee. Register and pay here prior to arrival at the guard gate:

- Please note that some amenities including but not limited to golf and fitness center are a separate charge to the community. The charge for the fitness center is $15/day or $50/week for a couple.
- AGE RESTRICTIONS: The registering guest must be at least 25 years of age and will be held responsible for all parties and/or guests of this reservation. The individual making this reservation must be 25 years old, must be present at check-in, and must remain for the entire length of the reservation. Thank you for understanding.

- Smoking and/or vaping is not allowed inside or outside on the balcony. If we find evidence of smoking/vaping you will be charged $500.
