Beautiful BEACHFRONT condo in Panama City Beach, FL! It is located on the 7th floor of Sterling Reef, directly beside the county pier and across from Shipwreck mini golf & water park. Enjoy fabulous sunsets on the generous balcony and ample beach space due to the lower density condo and county pier we have as neighbors. Our condo is nestled inside one of Panama City Beach’s medium sized complexes. The entry door to the unit is behind a wall that shields the noise off front beach road, creating a quiet environment for families. Ditch the high density buildings and enjoy our quicker elevators, plenteous parking, and extra space in the sand! Full kitchen, washer/dryer, WiFi, cable, as well as access to pool, weight room, gas grills and rooftop picnic terrace.

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The property owner is incredible to work with. Answered all of our questions in a very timely manner. The only issue was with the elevators, but that is the building’s issue, not the owners. She was very up front with us about the elevator status and checked on us during our stay to make sure we were happy. Thank You Jennifer!
The condo is right on the beach with a balcony overlooking the gulf. It as described and the bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with every type of appliance (coffee maker, toaster, crockpot and plenty of pots, pans and dishes). There was nice seating on the balcony with 6 chairs to watch the sun rise or set. Front Beach Rd is the main street all along the beach and has numerous restaurants and bars. Also the Parkway is less than a half mile away and has every national chain store or restaurant you could imagine.
Our stay at Sterling Reef was wonderful! We were in PCB for a baseball tournament for my 14 year old son. My husband, son and I were very comfortable and the property was perfect size for the 3 of us. The unit was extremely clean! There are many everyday necessities that were available from home owner, only a few things I didn't think about bringing (garbage bags and dishwasher pods) but I just washed by hand and borrowed bags from friends! Not worth complaining about! The owner and I were in constant communication because she wanted everything to be perfect! She was going above and beyond! I would highly recommend this property to any family staying in Panama City Beach and would definitely stay there again!
