Perfect location and experience

Loved the well appointed condo. Clean and roomy and the location was incredible. Just less than half a mile to Pier Park and Runaway Island. We enjoyed the hot tub and loved having the reserved beach chairs. 3rd floor location was wonderful and elevators were fast. Would definitely book this condo again. Kitchen was well stocked and they had plenty of towels too.

Amazing condo!

We’ve stayed in several condos over the years, but my husband and I both agreed this was the best! Beautifully furnished and super clean! We felt we were in a luxury condo. Honestly can’t think of one thing I wished I had that this condo didn’t provide. Also super convenient to elevators and skywalk. I’m one of those who likes to try different places and condos each time, but I may have just found our regular vacay spot! Thank you for a great experience!

Great location! Really liked parking on the same level as room, especially when it is check -in/ check-out time. Beautiful room, very clean. Traveled with kids, they really liked the bunk bed. Nice pools and hot tub.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrived about 40 minutes after the 4pm check-in time the condo wasn’t ready. The cleaning crew did allow us to put our groceries away though. We then received a call that the cleaning crew would be done soon. Luckily, we did not have to wait too much longer. The unit itself was very nice and well-kept. The kids enjoyed the bunks and the unit had plenty of room for a family of 4. The balcony was nice and the pools were a hit. Overall, we would consider this unit again for future vacations. Bookbeach made whole process very easy from booking to departure.

It’s on the same floor as the parking garage crosswalk so no elevator needed to haul everything to your room; however, the room is right in front of an elevator for ease when running back and forth to beach or pool. The unit has comfortable and clean furnishings with everything one needs. We love staying at Aqua so we can walk to Pier Park and many dining options.
