Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful condo. The pictures are exactly how it is. You can’t beat the corner view. The hosts were very responsive with the few questions I had prior to our stay. The pool and beach area were well maintained. The location was perfect to restaurants and shopping.

Great Location

The location was awesome. Close to shopping, dining and more. However the condo was large enough for 5 adults but the condo does need some love. The walls, door frames, floors really need to be cleaned. The stove looks like it’s been in a fight and lost, the dishwasher has seen better days, the mattress in 2 of the bedrooms feels like you are sleeping on box springs. However the view and location to Pier Park was unmatched.

Wonderful!

Hands down the best condo we have stayed in. From the moment we walked in and saw the breathtaking, nearly panoramic view, we knew we’d made the right choice! The decor, the layout, it was all perfect. After visiting friends in a different unit at Calypso, we couldn’t help but feel even more appreciative of the choice we made - our condo was far superior. The owners are super easy to work with and genuinely nice. I’d highly recommend renting this place and hope to stay here again!

Amazing views in the perfect location!

Our family of 5 loved this condo! It was very clean, spacious, beautifully decorated & well stocked! The views from this corner unit are gorgeous. You can watch the sunrise & sunset! The furniture is very nice and much of the condo is new and updated. Beds were comfortable & the kitchen had everything we needed. It’s located near pier park so you can walk to shops, restaurants, and many activities. You are less than a 5 min drive to target, wal mart, and grocery stores. It was truly an awesome location! Beach access is so close and easy. Our kids loved the pool being right there by the beach too. The owners, Felicia & Jeff, were very accommodating and made everything super easy. We highly recommend this condo for your PCB vacation. We’d definitely stay here again!

Family Reunion

This unit was perfect for our family reunion! We had 6 adults in the three bedrooms with plenty of room to sit and chat together in the living area, eat or play games at the big, round table, and cook in the well stocked kitchen. The unit is beautifully decorated and we especially enjoyed the expansive views from two sides; we took dozens of sunrise and sunset pictures. The whole resort was very clean and well run, from the easy to use parking garage, luggage carts, exercise room, pool and office. Lots of friendly and supportive staff, and never a long wait for elevators. The location is perfect, anything you need from entertainment to groceries is a short walk or drive. It’s especially nice to be able to walk to Pier Park and the pier, and lots of nearby restaurants and cafes.

Our Favorite Condo!

Jeff and Felicia, Thank you so much for making our stay at your condo so easy and welcoming! We have been visiting PCB and have stayed at the Calypso for several years, but staying in your condo has been the easiest rental by far! From the time we booked online to our oh so soon departure, y’all have every detail for your guests laid out so there was never any guess work and we could spend our time relaxing and enjoying the beach and pools! Your response time to any messages I sent before and during our stay not only made me feel like a priority, but also like a friend! The condo itself is beautiful and very well maintained. The panoramic view of the ocean from moment you walk in is absolutely stunning!! There were 7 of us stay (4 adults and 3 teenagers) and there was plenty of space for us whether we were watching movies at night or playing cards around your large dining table! I also loved having 3 full bathrooms! The Calypso will always be our favorite resort due to its walking convenience to Pier Park, but 1201E will be our go to condo for our future vacations! Thank you again for your hospitality and for sharing your little piece of heaven with us!

Family time

We would consider coming here again. The ease of check-in was wonderful. The parking garage was much better than our previous condo last year. We also had hardly any wait times for the elevators. The condo itself was clean. I would recommend bringing a few things like toilet paper, paper towels, regular towels and wash cloths for kitchen and bath, and detergent/fabric softener. My only complaint would be the pool. The pools are both large and beautiful but you are unable to have fun at the pool because of what we nicknamed the pool wardens. You are unable to eat or drink near the pool, no balls or toys really of any kind in the pool, and no music by the pool. Although there is a tiki hut by the pool you have to drink or eat in that small area with only 2 tables available. They patrol the area so it kind of felt like we are on the prison yard.
