We loved our visit to this condo! It is in such a great location and the view from the deck is amazing! Lots of ammenties on sight and so many places in a short driving distance. The condo was exactly as pictured. Parking in the garage can be a bit of a hassle but keep going past floor 3. Like many other towers in the area there is an additional parking fee (around 40 at the time of our stay) that you don't pay through vrboDoor to patio takes a bit of a strong arm, so we found it best to push it barely closed while we were there. Security is very present and watchful about wrist bands. Such a beautiful stay 10/10 would stay here again!

Very nice condo. Had everything we needed. Ice machine was an added bonus. Loved being on the 2nd floor overlooking the beach. Our time went by too fast. Very enjoyable and lots of fun. Hope to do it again. Thank you 😊

No need to wait for elevators (even though they were fast and safe), nice view of the beach and the resort has a nice bar and grill with great wings and a nice little market where kids loved to go get ice cream each day.

Beautiful View

Overall it was great! View was beautiful, location was great, and the condo was nice. Just a few minor things: there was no dishwasher liquid or pods, not a lot of bath towels and washcloths, 1 roll of paper towel, and 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. I’m not sure if that’s something that is normally stocked or not? However, we brought extra toilet paper and paper towels with us. Our family had a great vacation! We would stay here again.

Perfect for family

The second floor and location of unit was perfect. Our ages are 38,37,8, and 2; we were able to use the stairs and elevators. We never waited more than 3 minutes for an elevator. The room looked exactly like the pictures. Balcony view was amazing! There were brooms and dustpan available for all the sand that gets tracked inside. Room was ready right at 4:00 as stated. Resort: The cart check in and check out process was very nice to ensure you actually get a cart and don’t have to hunt one down. Security is pretty strict here, they check wrist bands often and ask kids to point out parents. They do stop you from using balls and floats in the pool area. The heated indoor pools were great for cool nights and mornings.Overall, we would stay at this resort and unit again. We had a great spring break.

Amazing place poor communication

We love staying here, they have taken time to make the condo perfect it was very clean and a great place to stay. The only problem we had was I was on the couch feeding our 2 month old daughter and my husband was in the shower and someone knocked on the door and didn’t give us much time at all before they just started opening the door to come in. He was there to clean the ice maker which is completely fine but we were unaware that anyone was coming, I didn’t like the fact that they didn’t let us know before hand. Other than that it is a super nice, well taken care of place with a great view and I would recommend it!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay at the Majestic. The property has so many amenities, we did not have time to use them all! The condo itself was attractive to us being on the second floor, (although we truly didn’t have a problem with elevator wait time anyway.) We had no issues communicating with the property owners/company. The kitchen was stocked with the essentials... a little “bare bones” here, but as far as utensils and dishes, cookware, etc. it was fine. We have stayed at other places that had everything under the sun such as plastic wrap, foil, spices, etc and that is not the case here. Nothing wrong with that, just helpful for anyone wondering how to pack. You do have to provide your own toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies... we did not realize that (but a store is close). Again, not a huge issue, just would have packed differently had we known. Overall, our family of 5 had a wonderful time here and we would stay again.

We got to FLorida early so we decided to stop to see if we could find our room. The inspector was going inside. We told him we were just locating the room. He said if we could wait about 1 1/2 hour, the room would be ready. We left to get some lunch and then went to the grocery store. We got back 2 hours later and the room still hadn't been cleaned. Unfortunately, we had cold groceries. I called the 800 # and spoke to a lady. She was of no help. We ended up waiting until after 4 to get into our room. Not happy about that at all. We did enjoy the room. Like all of them, it could use a deep cleaning but the room was very well stocked with everything you need. The couch was a little "used". The weather was beautiful despite the hurricane south of us. We had a great vacation!

Very Spacious but Not a Favorite

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was beautiful and BIG. The pictures do not do it justice. We had 4 adults and an infant and everyone was very comfortable. We brought our shaved ice machine and were thrilled to find an under counter ice maker. The balcony was large and everything was very clean and organized.There was an unexpected fire inspection during our stay. I didn’t like having a man enter the property while I was alone with a sleeping baby. My advice would be to schedule these inspections when there is nobody renting the unit like after check out and before check in. It was very uncomfortable.As for the resort, there are lots of pools, even a fenced in baby pool which was a highlight for us. However, the resort was monitored by a security team and they were not friendly. They also closed the pools daily for “lightning in the area”. Sometimes I think they would forget to reopen them. The condo was perfect but because of the security guards and the pools being closed half of our trip, we probably will try a different resort or just get a house.

Condo well clean and well stock with kitchen items, Master bed room mattress great. Mattress in second bed room not comfortable. May be egg crate worn out. Never a good night sleep. Tracy,Christine and the employee that has the Boxer dog were all just GREAT!!!!!Never could get the National network channels for national news, Check out procedures that ECD set on the ones in the Condo were conflicted. If and when we return would request Majestic 0207 Tower 2, Thank you for making our stay pleasant. Bobbie, Martin and Peter
