Fixtures/ accessories used in the room are of high quality/ top brands and lend a premium feel to the room. Staff are polite and service is up to the mark. "The hotel either has the wrong address or it doesn’t exist!If you look at the website pictures for the outside of the hotel and compare it to google maps you not find any resemblance! I tired to phone the hotel no answer, also no response with emails. I contacted Expedia, and they tried to contact the hotel. Expedia response was they are unreachable! I wondered around for literally hours trying to find it, I’ve never felt so uncomfortable and intimidated walking around and getting stared at. I had to book another hotel, which cost me twice as much and no refund was offered. "
