This is a great hotel, very well situated opposite Miramar beach and right between Miramar and Donna Paula. The staff were helpful and courteous, the room and facilities were immaculate. The roof top pool is a lovely area to relax with great views and a gentle breeze off the sea. There is also a small but beautifully equipped gym. An overall fantastic stay and highly recommended.

The hotel itself is ok, breakfast is good. It’s not really a beach hotel. You have to step in open sewage to reach the “beach”, which is also dirty and has no amenities. Location not convenient.

Best place in town for a family stay

Our stay at the Vivanta Miramar was truly enjoyable. The staff went out of their way to make us feel at home. The food was good both at the buffet breakfast and the in room dining. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the food as they were missing their good ole pizzas :) All up this place is perfectly located and has the best amenities and service one could hope for to enjoy a relaxed vacation

It's an older hotel that needs a lof of TLC. The checkin staff who actually helped us was good. However, the lady next to her was very pushy and just wanted to sell. She was giving a discount for the afternoon travel/car. Lady, we just flew in - give us a break. And then she was the one who assigned us a room in a corner facing garbage dumps. Asked for a another room and was promised half an hour. Then the drama and it was after 2 hours later that we finally got that room. The food was all right but the restaurant staff needs to be more attentive. A dude just simply picked up some food with his fingers and started eating there as he was talking to staff. Then he picks another item from a different tray while the staff is looking at this as its happening. Mentioned it to management for whatever its worth. Luckily, that day we had ordered the food and not ate the buffet. Not only is it bad habbit BUT the cross contamination! That is just just hazardous as others are going to consume that same food. Not worth the money this place charges.

My family enjoyed our stay at Vivanta Miramar. Most of all because of the high quality of staff, in all areas - reception, restaurant, parking, security, room service and pool. The property itself is neither too far out nor too close to the city centre. The room was fairly spacious (not large but just right for three adults) and well furnished, including a tub in the bathroom. Our room also had an excellent view of the sea. The restaurant was well manged and the food was good. Especially the Goan dishes which tasted authentic (my family is Goan).

Was very comfortable. I wish that the Hotel had private access to the beach instead of having to cress the road. Enjoyed the balcony attached to the room.
