The rooms were clean, check in was simple, the staff was polite and helpful, and it's located right near a bus station for those who are traveling.

Excellent location in Pamplona near the bus station. Surrounded by places to eat and a grocery store. Shared bathroom but not a hassle.

It was a nice stay. Easy late check in available. Nice building, vending machine, enough bathrooms, easy stay. Only negatives was it was a little loud at night outside, and sometimes the door to the kitchen/sitting area was locked in the middle of the day.

My reservation was cancelled without notice
I sent 3 emails to Aloha confirming my arrival and when I arrived they said I no longer had a reservation, that it had been cancelled. I showed my hotels.com itinerary number and reservation information in the app but they still said my reservation had been cancelled. Fortunately they had 1 empty room and were able to accommodate me. They never replied to my confirmation emails.

Good choice
We really liked this place. Super friendly staff and very nice room. Did our laundry(wash and dry) only 5 euro. Great location. Love Pamplona.

Nice hostel
We stayed in a double room with shared bathroom. The room was spacious with a lot of windows. The common area was also comfortable. The hostel was very near to the bus station and the old town. Staff was very helpful

Es la primera vez que me alojo aquí y la verdad es que un excelente servicio con zonas comunitarias , compartiendo con personas maravillosas de diferentes paises. Una bonita experiencia que volveria a repetir y recomiendo el lugar . Esta al lado de la estación de autobuses y muy centrico .Calidad precio estupendo.

Buen lugar para pasar una noche en Pamplona
Excelente atención y ubicación. Dispone de una terraza cómoda para pasar el rato e incluye desayuno que por el precio está muy bien. Tiene una pequeña cocina de libre disposición. Dispone de sollo 1 baño y dos duchas en el servicio para Caballeros.

Sehr gut gelegene Unterkunft. Unser Zimmer war angenehm gross und auf unserem Stockwerk war alles wirklich in einem guten Zustand und Sauberkeit war auch okay. Die Dorms haben nicht wirklich schön gewirkt. Das inbegriffene Frühstück sind ein paar Corn Flakes oder ein Toast mit Marmelade - nicht zuviel erwarten. Personal war freundlich aber nicht alle konnten genügend Englisch.
