Thank you for your feedback which we do always appreciate. We constantly invite guests to give us feedback, good or bad, so we know where we can improve. I am sorry you found the beds not quite to your liking. These beds are considered premium beds by the manufacturers - not us- and are in fact only a few years old. We do know what a mattress topper is however when you asked at reception for this, we did not have any mattress toppers available so tried to help you as best we could by giving you extra doonas, which you thought was a great idea and would definately help. We also say we have a pillow menu which means we have a choice of pillows available when requested. Which we do. The sofa beds also are only 3 years old and have a proper mattress not the foam of years ago. We often receive comments on how comfortable they are. 'Im sorry to hear that it did not suit your son. I know you did mention to us that you thought there would be a restaurant on site. We have never promoted this as there has never been a restaurant on site, however we do say that restaurants are within close walking distance- which they are. They also have bar, cafe etc available throughout the day and evening. We say a private pool - not for each room - but a private pool in the motel which outside people are unable to access. Private to our guests. We are directly opposite the Pambula/Merimbula Golf Club which does have all the facilities you mention above. We do ourselves offer airport transfers, room service, snack and mini bar options in all rooms and these are available at reception. We have a charge back arrangement with many local restaurants who are happy to deliver meals to our guests which is listed in the compendium in all rooms. We are happy to offer this room service. Our staff strive every day to make the guests experience really special and I'm sorry we did not achieve this for you this time. We would never deliberately make false statement about our facilities but acknowledge that some things can be confusing and misinterpreted. As stated, we welcome feedback and we are always looking for ways to improve and I thank you for taking the time to comment here.

Thank you for your feedback and obviously sad you felt that you had a terrible stay. Our staff strive hard every day to make sure all guests are looked after before arrival, during your stay and after check out. We do openly say on all our sites that you are booking for 2 people in each room and if you would like to book for more then you need to say so when booking so we can have the room set up accordingly. As you arrived late at night with 4 people when you had booked for 2, then we were unable to do this before your arrival. We did however rally around to have delivered to your room extra supplies, extra towels and linen for the extra bed which we offered to make up for you however you said you were happy to make that up yourselves. We also contacted the people you booked through, on your behalf, to clear up any misunderstandings. If there was anything else you needed we would have been happy to help but no help was requested from you. It is always best to make known your requests to us so we can make your stay more comfortable. We have done this for guests in the past and we will always continue to do so. I do hope the rest of your holiday was enjoyable.
