"Room was clean, housekeeping was readily available. Breakfast had a lot of options. My only nit pick is there isn’t a travel desk or hotel concierge and we were asked to speak with taxi drivers directly to plan any trips. The restaurant staff was overall nice, but some of them seemed a bit over-eager to please and when asked for vegan options, pointed us to food that wasn’t really vegan, without checking with the chef, or requesting clarification what vegan really means. "Perfect stay, beautiful gardens, very clean hotel, the staff work meticulously to keep it all looking at its best. The food was delicious throughout all restaurants, and excellent service from the staff in those restaurants, in particular Renolta in the lobster village bar, she remembers our drinks each time & gives excellent service.
