"The room had a cigarette smell even though it was a non-smoking room. However, Steve was excellent—he addressed the issue right away by deodorizing and disinfecting the room. He was great at all times and provided outstanding service."

"Property was safe and secure. Surrounded by nearby hotels and restaurants. Breakfast was great the last day which was the only day my family and I was able to get any. Even though I wasn't able to enjoy any of the amenities, my family loved the gym and outside fire pit and games along with the tv. "

"The room was completely dirty when we went to the front desk, (nmitch) brought us cleaning supplies so that we could clean the room ourselves and said that if we kept bothering her she would call the police to have us removed from the hotel, since she had many people to check in."

"The staff was really attentive and sweet. We had trouble with our door and she assisted and we had trouble with our tv and she helped. The lobby is beautiful and the breakfast and 24 hour coffee was great. It appears that the owner tried to make a fun outdoor games area; however, it was right outside our door and we were woken up at 1030pm by groups playing cornhole! I finally had to say something as we had an early morning the next morning. I was the second person that had to go out and ask them not to play - the guy in the room next to us had to go out before me. The room needs paint and an upgrade. All and all it felt very pricey for what we got. "

"This place was infested with roaches, dirt, and homeless people. The place was a dump. Do not stay here it does not look like the pictures shown. I do not think the floors have been cleand since the place was built. No hot water and not ADA access to the rooms.."

"It was close to walmart and various food stores which is a plus and it was about 10 minutes from base. The only issue i had was the floors were too crickey... The house was not updated and we had issues putting the code in the door. Our check-kn took aboit 20 to 30 min. Also the laundry room dopr was stuck and was hard to wash our clothes. Yes it was clean but i think we over paid for a basic house. There was stickers on the walls and the TV didnt work unless you bring a roku or something.That sucks when you travel with kids."
