Great 2 night stay

Marva (I think that's her name) and the staff go above and beyond . I had a few issues with the reservation (cold water issue, and smoking) and instead of making excuses, Marva and staff were extremely apologetic and accommodating. Whenever I'm in Columbia, ill stay there.

The staff was excellent. The beds and pillows were comfortable and clean. It just shows that the staff is doing a good job, however, the property is run down. Everything is very old and not appealing at all. No hot water in the bathroom sink. And limited hot water in the shower. The hot water would come and go.

Horrible !

Definitely not a safe area, looks more like there’s people living there than an actual hotel. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Staff was friendly. No hot water and left covered in bed bug bites!!

There were trash bags sitting on the 3rd floor when we checked in at 3 pm and still sitting there when we left in the morning. Also a small trash bag sitting outside office when we left in the morning. The room was very clean! The bed was very comfortable!!

Had an overall good stay at this property. Stayed Tuesday through Friday for my boyfriend’s basic training graduation. The staff was very friendly. Sheets were clean. However there was a smoke smell to my room. I ended up just getting an air freshener to make it work. The bed was comfy and the water pressure in the shower was great. Would stay here again.

The guy working at the counter was polite and professional. My room was very clean and quiet. When my job increases my weekly hours, I often will get a room, because of the distance and traffic. The extended stay is only about 10 minutes from my job, and I will definitely stay again.

Our room was reeking of smoke! The lady at the reception was super nice, she changed our room. The 2nd room smelt of food, but was ok! The shower was kind of broken got some warm water after a lot of adjusting. Wouldn’t recommend for families with kids.

The check-in was great. The first room we got smelled awful, 2 or 3 lights didn't work, the floor was sticky and was dirty and we found two bugs crawling in the bathroom. The second room was much better. I smelled cigarettes all night from other rooms and outside, and people talking non-stop.

I never felt so unsafe as when I arrived. Property had homeless roaming around, the hallways and room smelled like “cigarette”. I was traveling with my daughter and had to leave and booked another hotel. I just couldn’t expose my daughter’s safety. Staff was understanding and allowed me to cancel at least half of my reservation.

Trip for daughters Army graduation

So staff was friendly. However we booked a King room and we got in late because of our flight and we were told the King rooms were given away and we got a room with double bed. Not queen, a double bed. The wife and I like to be close but was not that comfortable. Then the first night I felt something crawling on me and I smacked it to find out it was a roach. So, the next day we bought roach spray at Walmart. Oh, also the toilet seat was mounted crooked. We were not impressed at all. This was our experience and not sure if this is common.
