O quarto deixou muito a desejar, não tem onde colocar as coisas , pendurar toalhas, roupas. banheiro precisa melhorar muito tampa do vaso quebrado. Não tem prateleiras, o ar, fica em cima ( direcionado )pra cama e incomoda muito .

O quarto que eu fiquei era muito antigo! Estava com cheiro de mofo, minha esposa tem alergia! Não tinha papel higiênico no quarto e o ar condicionado não funcionou! No quarto não tem sequer um telefone pra você interfonar! Tem que ir pra recepção! Somente o café da manhã que é muito bom! No mais precisa melhorar muito

Hotel com apartamentos antigos ,cheiro de mofo ,e mesmo numa suite superior com forro de madeira abaixo do telhado, portas e janelas lacrados ainda tive a inconveniência de encontrar escrementos de algum animal em cima da cama Muitas normas, muitas imposições chegando a situacoes de intransigência. Muito "não pode" muito "não é permitido " .Compreendo que normas tem que existir para que uma sociedade se mantenha em harmonia e o caos não se estabeleça, mas (na minha opinião) excesso das msms acaba por "quebrar o encanto " que o vale do Capão representa. Não fui avisado ,informado pela pousada que havia casos de sarampo na localidade e ao ficar sabendo (e por n estar c vacina em dia e ter duas filhas menores)tentei negociar uma diária mas me foi negado,paguei as duas mas fui embora um dia antes . Me foi "oferecido" um vaucher mas o que n foi levado em consideração é que, para se chegar a pousada ha toda uma programação previa com todos os custos que uma viagem oferece. Enfim, retornarei para utilizar meu direito não por simples satisfação com a situação.
