O Capão é uma vila tranquila e charmosa na Chapada Diamantina com várias atrações ecoturísticas ao redor e atrativos culturais diversos, festivais etc.

Não existe rede de celular ou 3g em nenhuma área do Capão, a comunicação fica restrita à internet por aqui.

Além disso, somente correntistas do banco Bradesco conseguem sacar dinheiro no mercado Flamboyam em dias de semana, embora praticamente tudo possa ser pago com cartões de crédito e débito na maioria dos estabelecimentos.
