A three-story townhouse located in front of the emblematic old walls of Palma, and Palma´s most well-known local beach.
This is the ideal accommodation for guests who want to explore Palma town. Its prime location is its main appeal. The house is located in close proximity to the Gothic Roman Catholic Cathedral of Palma as well as many other tourist attractions and shops.
The first floor is the living room area with an open-plan dining with glass-panelled that can be opened to enjoy the summer breeze. There is a well-equipped kitchen with everything you need for home cooking. There is also a cosy bedroom with a traditional double bed and a toilet.
The second level has a bright and sunny bedroom suite with a large double bed and, a small area with a desk and wardrobe space. The en suite’s bathroom has a shower over the bath.
The third level is a very spacious bedroom with two single beds. There is also a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The house has central heating for the winter and fans for the summer. Enjoy Palma and its many attractions!
It is a perfect place for holiday which is in the city of Palma to enjoy shopping, museums, explore the old town and culture and also it is close to the city beach where you can chill with the beautiful ocean view.

Very nice apartment which is well-equipped. Within walking distance to the beach and many attractions in Palma. The train and bus stations were also close for out-of-town attractions like Soller and the Aquarium.
The apartment was in a great location and had all the amenities you could wish for just a little note that there was a lot of steps up to the apartment and the bedrooms were on 3 floors which meant there was a lot of steps up to the top bedroom which gave us a bit of a task trying to get heavy cases up the stairs other than that it was a really good trip.
Wir (vier Freundinnen) sind zum Palma-Marathon angereist. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt.
Direkt an der Altstadt, direkt am Marathonstart, direkt am Strand.
Die Wohnung war sauber und der Kontakt perfekt. Wir könnten sogar am Abreisetag länger im Haus bleiben, da unser Flieger erst abends startet.
Ein bisschen hört man in den oberen Etagen die Hauptstraße, doch wahrscheinlich ist die Wohnung ruhiger als eine in den Altstadtgassen.
Uns hat es gut gefallen. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Das Apartment hat uns gut gefallen. Die Lage ist super, sehr zentral und alles schnell zu erreichen. Mietwagen ist hier nicht nötig, zumal es keine Parkmöglichkeiten gibt. Die Treppen waren für uns kein Problem. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, alles da was man braucht. Insgesamt alles super!
Diese Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war gut. Die Wohnung war sauber. Lage perfekt. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

New year break in Palma
The property is in an ideal location, 10 minutes walk from the cathedral and 5 minutes from the main road with buses to most areas.
The house itself is an old building which has been extensively converted and has steep and rather dangerous staircases and differences of level within the rooms. It would not be suitable for young children.
Generally the accommodation is good. The kitchen is well equipped, there is plenty of room for relaxing and meals. The heating is very efficient.
The bedrooms are well furnished and the beds are comfortable.
The major downside was a persistent smell of sewage in all the bathrooms. We were told this was a temporary problem, but it did detract from the pleasure of being in the apartment.
Overall it was a very enjoyable holiday for 5 people.

The house is is a perfect location within the old city walls , very close to the airport bus stop ( and bus stop to the main station) and just a few minutes walk to the cathedral and lovely sandy beach.( yes I swam in the sea on 30th December).The house is spacious ( with a big dining table so we ate supper in most nights)for 5 or 6 people but the lighting could be better.
We had a lovely time in Palma and the house is perfectly situated for the beach and city site seeing. We loved the roof top bar at hotel next door for cocktails. Can't wait to go back.
It would be good if there were 6 mugs for hot drinks everything else worked out perfectly for us.

det var ok!
Boendet har bra läge, men lite jobbig trapp upp till själva ingången. Det var också svårt att stänga en fönsterlucka i ett sovrum och gardinen hängde på sniskan. Vissa köksattiraljer saknades som var beskrivna, men i övrigt helt OK.
