- Detached house of 150 m2 (75 house and 75 patio-garden), 3 bedrooms, dining room, living room, bathroom and kitchen. Air conditioning and heat pump. Cot and child chair. Barbecue Wood stove. 30MB fiber optic Internet, TV 42 '' Smart TV, DVD, oven, microwave, utensils, towels, linens, bedding ... quiet, 40 m Molinar ride (bike lane) and the beach area. 10 minutes from the center of Palma by bus and 20 minutes walk. OFFER FOR FIFTEEN AND MONTH OF OCTOBER TO FEBRUARY
It is a very quiet area, so no parties are allowed. Smoking is only allowed in the courtyard.
