Door to enter building at the back is meant to be locked and only accessible with a room key, however we discovered it’s unlocked 24/7 and the door can just be pushed open without any key. Miracle Springs Resort & Spa
It’s a good place, we enjoyed the pools but the room cleanliness disappointed me especially because there were many cigarette butt on the chair at the porch outside, disgusting, and the towels dirty as well , so they have to improve these points .
