The master bedroom offers 2 Pack `n Play`s with crib sheets and pool toys. We’ve also stocked kid-friendly cups, bowls, plates, and utensils, along with books, games, and puzzles for fun family time together!

Pet-Friendly Accommodations:
We welcome one dog only (up to 60 lbs) for a fee of $200 per stay. This fee helps cover the additional cleaning required for pet hair. If any waste beyond hair (such as urine or feces) is found, an additional $200 cleaning fee will be charged. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet, and dogs should not be left unattended in the home, as barking may disturb neighbors. Please note: Dogs are not allowed in the pool. Please let us know if you are traveling with a dog

Hot Tub:
The hot tub is included in your nightly rate and can be easily heated using the backyard controls. Please allow up to 2 hours for it to reach 100-102°F, depending on the outside temperature. If you’d like the hot tub warmed up before your arrival, feel free to message us in advance, and we’ll be happy to turn it on for you!

Pool heater:
The pool requires a lot of natural gas to heat, so using this will incur a daily fee of $125 (Plus Tax). This will be billed prior to your arrival if you request it. Our pool cleaner comes only on Monday, Wednesday & Fridays, they come and go through the side gate and will not worry you throughout your stay.

Desert living:
This home, like many in Palm Springs, is located in the desert, so it`s natural for sand to be around. On windy days, some sand and leaves may blow into the pool. While our pool cleaners do their best to keep it clear, there may occasionally be some debris in the water. We provide skimmers for your convenience if you`d like to remove any leaves or sand yourself.

House Rules:
Palm Springs has strict vacation rental regulations, and non-compliance may result in fines or eviction. Please read carefully:
• Primary guest must be 25+ and is responsible for all guests’ adherence to rules.
• No outdoor amplified sound (music, speakers, TVs) at any time. Noise must not be audible at the property line.
• Occupancy limits: Max 12 overnight guests, Max 16 daytime guests
• Parking: Max 6 cars total, limited to 1 per bedroom. Park only in designated areas

• Children under 18 must be supervised at all times when using the pool or spa.
• Firepit, BBQ and fireplace must be operated by responsible adults only.
• No firearms, fireworks, or hazardous materials allowed on the property.
• Follow all local, county, and state laws and short-term rental regulations, including all rules on the City`s `Good Neighbor Brochure`, provided prior to checkin. Noncompliance may result in eviction by city without refund.
• Late checkout may result in a fee of up to $200 unless approved in advance.
• Fines may apply for violations of house rules or city ordinances, including Code Enforcement penalties.
