I booked on Expedia for a $108 tax and fees included. Upon arriving the motel 6 employee informed me that they had my info but that expedias credit card was not working and the last cust to use it had to call and Expedia gave a different card number. The employee didn’t bother to help in anyway but instead insisted I call Expedia, after wasting over 30 min to get ahold of an Expedia rep I was given the run around and they ended up cancelling my reservation and making me wait almost two weeks for my refund. As an additional slap in the face the hotel has me get the same room but I have to pay upfront, she says it’s $108 so I agree, the sneaky crooks charged me $128, so not only was my Expedia reservation worthless and I had to wait an ridiculous amount of time for my money i lied to and charged more. Piss poor shameful service on both motel 6 and Expedia the way this was handled. If I wanted to feel unwelcome, sleep in a dirty room and wake up itchy I would go back to my ex wife. Have you ever felt like divorcing a whole hotel chain and booking outfit?

There is no internet on the second night, I call the front desk, she says will report to the manager and will fix it the next day, that’s total not acceptable. Very disappointing, will not return to this hotell.

When i got there Expedia takes your money then supposed to send and card to Motel 6. Never happened had to wait 45 mins. Then the room they gave was clearly not cleaned for the day. Needs were not made and trash in the trash can. I then was given a smoking room with a inoperable tv.

This is the cleanest and most friendly and understanding staff at any motel 6 ive ever stayed in. It is quiet and peaceful. it is right at the foot of the mountains, and the scenery surrounding the property is breathtaking. The prices are also extremely affordable and i cant recall staying at any of the motel 6 locations in southern california for a cheaper price.

I rented 3 rooms, when I checked in I only had access to 2 rooms and they made me pay for a 4 room 😡 and so far they have not refunded my money.

Room was dirty. Sheets had stains. Walls and floors were sticky and ac unit was disgusting and did not operate correctly. Second floor guest was extremely loud. Place is run down and needs some serious cleaning and updating. Mattress was horrible

Nothing out of the ordinary, pretty much on par with what one would expect from Motel 6. Very thin walls though, I was woken up by the tenant next door sneezing, so if you are a light sleeper its not going to be great place to stay. Cleaning staff could be a little better as the mirror was smeared and dirty, hairs on the sheets etc.

Front desk staff is not helpful and hostile. The front desk area had a strong marijuana odor. No early check in. The TV in the room didn’t work and many outlets on the wall were covered and I couldn’t even charge my phone. This stay was barely better than camping.

Price was right. Could have a microwave though. And some basic necessities at the front desk to lend like a corkscrew etc. Otherwise pretty straightforward place. In the middle of nowhere.

We stayed here to attend the Indian Wells Tennis Tournament. Though it was decent for its price, this is not a place for those who do vacations. Many guests have different profiles. Though the room was well organized, the floor had several sticky places.

We weren’t able to check in until 6:30pm because the room wasn’t ready. There’s no fridge or safe in the room, which was a bummer. The room fine and the bed was comfortable. Whoever was in the room above us sounded like they were moving furniture around until 1am.

We had an overnight day due to a concert in the area, rooms were super clean. this place was super convenient as it was right next to the freeway so if you don’t know the area, it makes you feel super comfortable to having easy access to the highway. As for customer service, Sonya and Bri were a delight and super helpful.

Easy access to the freeway and located next to Denny’s and gas station. It was clean but the room smelled like smoke and we did specify wanting a non-smoking room. Otherwise everything was good!
