The property was very nice. The house looks just like the pictures. The living room is sunken in so there are steps that you need to be careful about when walking around the front of the house. There are "watch your steps" signs. We ended up taking blue painters tape and lining the edge of the steps so we can be aware of our surroundings. The kitchen is huge, with a nice pantry. The master bedroom has a huge bathtub but no shower. The guest bathroom outside the MB has a shower. Three of the bedrooms are inside the main house, while the other two bedrooms are accessible from the pool area. Those bedrooms share a bathroom and have French doors that open to the pool area. There are blinds in each of the bedrooms with plenty of close space. Lots of windows in the living room, kitchen and dining area. Smart TV we used to watch movies on Amazon and stream music. Be prepared to take out all your trash to the recycling and trash bin on the day of check out and run the dishwasher. We brought all paper products and extra trash bags. There were five of us staying in the house. The cicadas drove us crazy as they made a lot of noise all day and night. The love the pool area and made a visit or two inside the home. The garage was large enough for two vehicles. I would have love to seen instructions on the front driveway gate. Although there was a code to use to open it, there was no way to close it without one of us walking through the gate to close the gate to the driveway. The gate did not close automatically. Also, the soaps need to be replaced in all the bathrooms and kitchens. It appears as though the housekeeping staff may be refilling partially used containers with water. There are plenty of pool towels and guest towels to be found in the linen closet. Most of the room also had fans as well. The AC cannot be moved below 74. There was a nest system that kept the temperature at 76. It was warm and cold during the evening. The house is huge and enough room for everyone.
