"Pros: La casa tenía una piscina fantástica, y Cathaysa fue muy amable y resolutiva. La ubicación de la urbanización en el sur de Tenerife es fantástica ya que está alejada del tumulto. El piso es muy espacioso y con los ventiladores del techo se dormía muy bien. Las camas y almohadas eran muy cómodas. Cons: El baño principal tiene moho en la ducha. La lavadora manchó la ropa, hubo que volver a lavarla. Bastante ruido del restaurante de la PB a las 7:30 de la mañana. Las sartenes se pegaban....

"Wir waren als Familie für 12 Tage in der Unterkunft. Es gab einige Mängel in der Wohnung (Fenster und Türen ließen sich nicht schließen, Waschbecken in einem Bad tropft, Duschbereich läuft nicht ab, kein Fön vorhanden, Matratzen durchgelegen). "I’ve stayed at this amazing hotel many times over the years and, for me, it’s an absolute must stay when visiting Tenerife. Best of the Best! Great food, exceptional service, a beautiful setting, numerous swimming pools and plenty of space to relax and enjoy the sunshine, it really is a fantastic hotel. I would highly recommend experiencing the Casas Ducales wing, where the service is friendly and personal. A special thank you to Eli, Patrick and Daniel, who all went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. Thank you, Jason"

"Quick 4 day trip. Beautiful hotel, modern, spacious with good and drink choice. Breakfast is fantastic, one of the best I have had. Reception staff are excellent and can’t do enough to help - we had a small issue with our room and were moved with no hesitation and upgraded due to the inconvenience. We will be back!"

"We had a really enjoyable stay at Palm Beach. The location is great and all the staff we came across were friendly and welcoming. The accommodation is a good mix between a no-frills apartment and a hotel room, which worked really well for a self-catering getaway. The pool area is lovely, although the sun loungers could get quite crowded at busier times. Breakfast had a good selection with plenty to choose from. There was also entertainment for around an hour each evening, which we liked — enough to give the hotel a bit of atmosphere without it feeling too busy or noisy. Overall, a really good base for a relaxed, self-catering holiday and we’d happily stay again."

"FOOD: Compared to other all inclusive hotels we’ve been to (cape verde, greece, antalya) food here is so far the best. Stayed fo 13 days and no issues whatsoever especially with our 15mo old STAFF: all very friendly and polite. Facilities: POOL they have fantastic paddle pool for babies and toddlers, they also have pool area for older kids. Adult section in front of the castle and an infinity pool adults only area facing the sea. Soft play area Nursing room-changing facilities, steriliser (which I am very surprised that they have), microwave and sink. Restaurant,ala carte and bars Amazing food at the buffet Ladon: steak house- I highly recommend people to try the T-bone, its for extra charge of 51euros but definitely worth it. Nemuru-asian restaurant- not so impressed Il paradiso- il edit this review once we tried it. No issues getting drinks with bars, sometimes staff will also come to you at your table to ask for your order. They also have a fastfood style restaurant by the kids pool area where you can self order on their kiosk. They have cheese bites, burgers, hotdogs, wraps, chips etc in there. Only issue I had was for the first 5 days room aircon wasnt working and I reported it to them since day 1, infairness to them they tried to sort it out but its really not working. They offered us a room change but we are not really keen to pack our bags again, check out at 12nn and wait 3pm for the new room. Fan was offered but when we said yes to it, nothing was available."

"Great location, easy check in process and friendly staff. Great facilities and communal areas were spotlessly clean. Listing suggested there was no washing machine but there was one in the apartment. Apartment itself was a great size if a little dated; however, you get what you pay for and this was great value for money in my opinion."
