Sol Oasis Marrakech - All Inclusive

"Some staff were very polite and considerate, especially the reception staff Yasmine and Sara. The rooms were okay, but the beds were really hard and uncomfortable, the curtain rail was broken and the sofa bed was stained. One room for four people did not feel large enough. The hotel could do with a revamp. There are no lifts in the hotel and the rooms upstairs are not easy to get to. There are a lot of stairs and balconies you need to walk past to get to your room. We got lost several times the first couple of days. The food is very repetitive. We only survived because of the salad bar and fresh pasta options, otherwise it would have been difficult. They have pizza and burgers near the poolside, but there's only so much pizza and burgers you can eat! The hotel is also very remote. Shops are very far and you will need a cab. There's only one swimming pool and a small splash area for smaller children."

"Les Deux Tours is a fantastic place to stay. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful and the pool is a highlight! It's a calm, serene hotel but still within reach of the Medina. Loved it!"

"honestly don’t know where to start. It’s unbelievable to think a hotel can be this perfect, but this place truly is. When the A/C in Room 377 stopped working, the front desk team immediately took care of us and changed our room without any issues. Their service was outstanding. The restaurant staff was amazing, the food was delicious, and every meal was a great experience. Special thanks to Yassine, Lamiaa, Youssef, Yossein, El Habib, and Ismail for making us feel so welcome throughout our stay. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made all the difference. And the entertainment… wow! The DJ was fantastic, and the African performers were absolutely incredible—so much energy, talent, and fun. Every single person made our stay memorable. The only unfortunate part of our stay had nothing to do with the hotel itself. Some guests would reserve pool chairs early in the morning by leaving towels on them for hours without actually using them. It’s inconsiderate to other guests who are trying to enjoy the pool area. There are designated places to leave personal belongings, and pool chairs should be available for those who are actively using them. Thank you all for an unforgettable experience. We will definitely be back!"

"We stayed 4 nights/5 days at this hotel in August. Such a lovely staff, a very nice room, good food and a beautiful poolside area. It was quiet and peaceful, as the hotel is located a bit outside the city center. No problem getting a sunbed by the pool, and the staff was helpful with everything we asked for. It was never a problem no matter what. As this is a smaller boutiqe hotel, we felt almost like family during our stay, as the staff was so easy going, but still very professional. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Marrakech."

"It’s a beautiful place, the resort is modern with old traditional touches. The staff was gracious and hard working and made sure we had everything we needed. They provide free shuttles into the city centre every day. The only downside is that the dinner choices are very limited and twice the price of most places in town."

"The room was clean, the staff were okay. Hassan one of the kitchen staff was very helpful. Most of the food was bland meaning there was no salt and no spices added to the food. They didn't have varieties of food. Some of the foods were labelled and others were not, so I couldn't eat the unlabelled ones since I didn't know what they were. All in all the food was manageable but not fantastic."
